My horse was supposed to be in private turn out and not only was he not, he was turned out with three or four other horses at a time. For almost a thousand dollars a month in South Carolina this is utterly ridiculous. It is the only "equestrian" center to turn out expensive sport horses in HERDS and still charge a thousand dollars monthly. My horse was scheduled to move for a lease and when he was picked up he was completely lame. On three legs. I was never told or alerted. In fact, the manager of Iron Horse LLC, claimed the opposite. We had a vet examine him and Dr Miller guesses that he had a leg injury from being kicked. To add insult to injury, almost everything I had was stolen from this "equestrian center." Ted had a complete set of blankets and rain sheets-all GONE. Rambo and baker When I asked the manager of this place, she told me that my horse didn't have any blankets. Two things are wrong with this; we have multiple boarders asserting the fact that they of course saw Ted blanketed in the winter and number two, the manager had a horse go through the winter with no blankets and didn't alert or ask his owner where his blankets were? I have sent a picture of ted in his blankets at this center that another hoarder sent and I received a reply of "you're a liar and you have no contract anyway!" The manager or woman who leases this place has not stepped foot on the property in over two months. If you need a place to board please contact Top Sail or Poplar Grover or Seabrook. I beg you

Located on Johns Island somewhere between Maybank and Kiawah, this isn't a place you stumble upon. It is part of the County Park system but also an equestrian center so it can confuse some. What they do have is this: 1. Live events 2. Miles of walking paths 3. Camping options 4. Disc Golf 5. Viewing of horses on occassion For $1 and free for members, on a nice day, it is worth the trip.

It was the perfect day to be out on the water. There was a current heading out so it made it a nice arm workout. On the way back, it was almost like a lazy river as it brought us back. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon and the area was beautiful and filled with so many amazing birds.

Real, wild, "Flipper's distant cousins" kind of dolphins, just cruising by like we were part of the pod. The guides were awesome--laid-back but knew their stuff, and they didn't rush us. Gave us room to soak it all in (and yell "HOLY HELL, DOLPHINS!" a few times). The water was calm, the views were killer, and the whole trip felt like something out of a Nat Geo special--minus the narrator and plus a few bad paddle jokes. If you're even thinking about it, do it. This isn't just kayaking--it's a front-row seat to the wild. And yeah, it was badass.

He provided a cart to put our alcohol in and transport it down the dock. Our 3 friends were running late, so the crew picked them up on a tender and brought them to the boat when they arrived. Very nice of them! Drew, Casey and the rest of the crew were very friendly and didn't mind our groups choice in music (ha). We ran out of alcohol half way through our 4 hour timeframe, so the crew actually offered to run to shore and purchase more for us and we could pay them back. They were truly lifesavers!! The tiki hut is sooo much fun and the big float was great. I recommend for sure!!!

I have left voicemails and texted with no reply. I saw they have an active Instagram account that they have posted pics on all week. So I posted my request on there (see pic). Instead of reaching out to me to help me schedule, they deleted my comment. Not professional at all and not good for business. If you donate a good or service for a silent auction for charity, please know that the bidder may pay full or more than face value for the item as I did. While I love giving money to charity, I was also incentivized by the opportunity to fly board for the first time. I could certainly book a session online with a credit card but there is no mechanism for this company to follow through on providing a donated service. And I don't have the time to keep calling and leaving voicemails. I am sure this was a tax write off for this company so I will be sure to report this back to the charity. Very disappointed and I truly hope this company is not doing this on a routine basis.
