The first and only time I was told the promotion was for Nevada residents only was in a text sent while I was already in the Uber on the way to my appointment. I'm not a Nevada resident, so I was turned away after paying for two Uber rides to get there and back. They did refund my $20 deposit, but that doesn't cover the cost of the wasted trip or the time. If a promotion has eligibility restrictions, that needs to be disclosed in the ad and at every point money changes hands -- not in a text message sent after the customer has already committed time and money to show up. This should be an easy fix on their end, and I hope they make it, but I can't recommend booking through their ad as it currently stands.
