This was the second time I had been here I gave this place another chance because of Injector Erin. However, I got Botox and I have been under dosed both times. What that means is that they are not giving you enough and there is lots of movement where the muscle is not supposed to move. I knew because I saw what it looked like after she injected me; I had blood dripping down my face from my forehead. She told me that I was going to have bruising on my right eye area, which turned out to be a black eye. I asked for my money back but they wanted me to come back for a touch up, but would you? Had a ventral hernia repair. Dr. Smith and staff recommended (highly)having the lymphatic massage done. I have never had ANY massage so didn't know what to expect. Lindsey treated me with such gentle care and compassion. I had some pretty significant swelling, which is normal, and she made a huge improvement with this. My treatment was right at Thanksgiving time so I have to wait for the holdiays to be over so I can get back in. It is an AMAZING process and I am anxious to go back. Because I recently had breast augmentation with Dr. Smith using a specific brand implant (I forgot the name) I received a call from their MedSpa Chic la vie letting me know of the promotion which included a free Botox/dysport treatment. Of course I took advantage of it. Erin was extremely professional and welcoming. She explained what the procedure would entail and what I could expect. I've had Botox and lip injections before, some a bit more painful than others. I have to say that the treatment I had with Erin was the least painful. I was really surprised as she didn't use anything to help with the poke, no ice cube, no distracting vibration apparatus. And although the treatment was free she didn't treat it as if it were. And I'm glad she chose dysport for me; this seems much better than Botox for me. Needless to say the promotion worked because I plan to start seeing her on a regular basis now. :) read more

I wouldn't recommend this spa. I was told the consultation was complimentary, but then when I was checking out, I was told the consultation was $50. I did not agree to pay. I had to explain to the clerk that I was told there was no charge for consultation, and she looked like she didn't believe. I had an appointment scheduled for a facial I needed to cancel. When I called, I was asked what date my appointment was. I explained I was driving and couldn't remember, I asked her to look me up using my name. She gave me an attitude. Also, this place requires you to sign a Arbitration Agreement when you fill out the intake forms. Don't ever sign this form. If you sign, it means you would need to keep things out of court and have to do mediation instead in the event of medical malpractice or disputes. Go with another spa where they are confident in the quality of their work. read more

I've had many procedures done and I must say, I've loved each person I've seen!! The location is easy to get to,m and so gorgeous. They have a full bar of snacks and different drinks is so my husband doesn't actually mind going in and waiting for me as well as having phone chargers in the chairs which is important if you are always trying to work from your phone and still get things done! I am beyond happy I started coming here. I've gone to three different injectors here, all of whom I was satisfied with. But I really need to mention Karen who I've seen twice now. Karen takes her time and after asking for her honest opinion she helped me make a decision on what product to use. The cherry on the top was that I've had lip injections several places over the years, every single time I've bruised. Karen did a wonderful job and I was left with not one bruise! I love Francesca! She does great work and has a great personality. I came in to get Botox and Juvederm filler for my lips. She spent lots of time with me, didn't rush me, and explained everything very well so I knew what to expect and to help me make an educated decision. She also took the time to make sure I was as numb as possible before injecting my lips. I'm still swollen in the pic, as to be expected directly after, but I can tell they are going to look even more amazing. It's a bonus that Francesca offers a free follow up visit and touch up! I've been waiting to get VI Peel Precision Plus for years due to pigmentations from sun damage, and Acne. I grew up in Vegas, and I live in Kansas currently. I had my 1st VI Peel with Precision Plus done in Kansas, and it didn't turn out well at all. I couldn't use any of the towelettes that was meant to be use as a take home treatment. My skin was burning unbearably after applying the towelettes on my cheek. I ended up washing it off. The esthetician who performed on my skin was inexperienced. Without furthur ado, let's get to the point. The Vi Peel Pricesion Plus here is the cheapest rate I've found so far. It comes with a small bottle of anti-itch cream and SPF 50 sun sunscreen, 2 packets of cleansers, 4 post peel towelettes for only $250. This price is unbeatable, I used to paid $350, and it was a ripped off with bad results. My awsome esthetician was Rebecca Miller. I was confident with her work base on her knowledge. She was extremely informative, and made sure I understand the whole process. She put 3 layers of chemical peels on my skin thoroughly, and carefully during the treatment. She also gave me detailed directions of when, and how to apply the towelettes at home. If you happened to forget, there's a tiny booklet for you to review. Today will be day 3 for my treatment, my skin is finally peeling around my chin, cheecks, nose, and a little on my forehead. The parts on my skin that was peeled looks brighter with smaller pores already. It feels baby soft. I also do advice avoid touching your face. If you must, make sure your hands are clean. So far, my peel is doing what it meant to do. The only thing I feel uncomfortable about is having to be out in public places looking like a zombie since I have to travel. Staying indoors for at least a week, and avoid sun exposures if possible. Apply SPF when you are out during daylight. Hope this helps!!! read more
