I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.

As consumers we need to watch out for each other and not allow companies to take advantage of us. Hopefully someone reads this and doesn't allow this business to take their money for something they do not need. We will request a copy of x-rays, periodontal chart, and a written plan explaining why a standard cleaning was not appropriate.
