He was even giving the guy who forgot my skid plate hardware a lecture about it while seemingly doing the topside maintenance / customer service for both bays alone. While working on another truck earlier he was being very meticulous / gentle with the truck. Ryan also went downstairs to put the skid plate back in because he was getting sick of the same guy down there putting it in wrong AGAIN. If a new driver has this happen they may have reacted in a way that would've hurt themselves or others. I've been using Valvoline across the USA exclusively for the last 5 years and never had a bad service, let alone one this bad.

Exceptional Service…read more I called to set up an appointment for an oil change. I was leaving the country, so i scheduled work to be done about 3 weeks away. Just in case my calendar doesnt remind me or that I forget that I even had it set up to begin with, I had asked them if they were going to give me a courtesy call or a text reminder the week of my oil change. Fast forward to returning from my vacation and they had sent me a text reminding me and to confirm my appointment for said date and time. I responded to their text and that was it, I was ready. I took my vehicle in. I was promptly seen, given an eta and left my key. I just decided to stay in the waiting area anyway because it wouldnt take that look anyway. I helped myself to their complimentary beverages in their fridge and shortly enough I received an email of all the workups my car needed and that the job is done. Note that this is just an inspection and you are not obligated to get the recommendations done immediately or with them- it is just for peace of mind. In the sheet, it lists what is immediate and a cost estimate to make it convenient for me. Whether you want the work done or not, it is up to you.
