A- this place had the best quote out of 4 different shops and included refinishing the rotors as part of changing the pads for no additional cost. B- The guy that answered the phone was super courteous and was able to explain everything to me in such that would be done and was able to assure that it could be finished the same afternoon. The work done was finished on time and my car never braked better! I'll be coming back if I am in the area.

Joe P. told Jamie L. he couldn't pass the car because the wipers could not remove the sap on the windshield and that the wipers just made the sap worse. Joe P. told him he could buy wipers anywhere and put them on in his parking lot and if they got rid of the sap he would pass the inspection. It is my opinion and my first amendment rights to say Jamie L. is a spoiled little baby when he doesn't get his way. Oil change resulted in a loose plug and seized filter because they didn't Lube the gasket. Had an appt for a simple inspection and alignment and nobody there to do the inspection. Every time I go, there is a new manager. Technicians seem to "call out" often. One time a technician was arrested on the scene and taken away. At $175/hrs hourly rate, not sure why they have such a hard time keeping staff. Something is going on behind the scenes at the place if they can't hire the right people at that rate. Reservations mean nothing, they will prioritize walk ins. I paid $93 for an alignment one day. Took another vehicle in the very next day for the same and he quoted me $159, after saying he took off $35. And somehow if you look on their site, all the reviews are glowing and you can't enter one on their site. Doubt this one will make it to their site. Cherry pickers. Shady all around.
