Just in case my calendar doesnt remind me or that I forget that I even had it set up to begin with, I had asked them if they were going to give me a courtesy call or a text reminder the week of my oil change. Fast forward to returning from my vacation and they had sent me a text reminding me and to confirm my appointment for said date and time. I responded to their text and that was it, I was ready. I took my vehicle in. I was promptly seen, given an eta and left my key. I just decided to stay in the waiting area anyway because it wouldnt take that look anyway. I helped myself to their complimentary beverages in their fridge and shortly enough I received an email of all the workups my car needed and that the job is done. Note that this is just an inspection and you are not obligated to get the recommendations done immediately or with them- it is just for peace of mind. In the sheet, it lists what is immediate and a cost estimate to make it convenient for me. Whether you want the work done or not, it is up to you. I promptly paid for the oil change and I got to walk away with estimates for the next job and a completed oil change on my vehicle. Keep up the great job.

I was denied an inspection sticker because mechanics said I needed a wheel alignment which is not a part of an inspection. They tried to charge me a high fee for this not needed service. I took my car to another mechanic who did do the wheel alignment but informed me my alignment wasn't that bad and shouldn't be a part of an inspection. I tried to speak to Jason, the manager who insisted on backing his mechanics with their decision. Once I presented the alignment receipt to JTC, I was given the inspection sticker which should not have been a part of an inspection. I would give this place a "0" star if possible. Be careful with taking your car here and don't trust what they tell you the services are that you need. Buyer beware when it comes to JTC!
