Immediately after my car wash, I was inspecting my car and noticed a stupid amount of scratches all over the top of my car, the front hood, and the worst part? A crack in my front windshield. I wish I was kidding. It takes a lot to get me upset. So I remained calm, walked inside and told them what happened. An attendant came out to my car to inspect and take pictures. We walked back inside and I filled out an incident form. Not once did a single employee apologize, say sorry, or offer any remorse. They didn't even refund my car wash. They said I would have to wait until their manager returned the following day. Well it's been a day and I still haven't received a phone call. I'm a very understanding person. And I know the people working aren't ownership or management, who don't have the ability to make bigger decisions. However, how do you not say to someone "we're sorry, we're going to make this right?" So, to anyone reading this. Please refund my car wash, please call me back, and please fix the scratches on my car and the crack in my windshield. Is it really too much to ask? I've been coming here for 5 years and if they don't fix this I'll never return. Please do the right thing.

Colfax sits a car wash emporium waiting to clean your vehicle. I usually buy the second tier wash, which runs me $10, and my car will shine for a few days. In my humble opinion, my favorite aspect of Bucky's are the free vacuums! Not sure if I'm 97 years old because I'm getting excited about vacuums, but if you have a dog who sheds you feel me. Spacious spots with vacuums on both sides make it fairly easy to clean the interior. Have I had a better and cheaper car wash in my day? Probably. No reason to complain though. The experience is fairly convenient. And to me, you can't put a price on convenience!

I actually wish the wash was longer but it got my car fairly clean and I know others want it to be a speedy process.

Also, unlike those BS 50 Cent carwashes that literally give you 45 seconds. You get a reasonable amount of time for your dollar at this location. I find the nozzles to have decent pressure, and I can get my truck cleaned, and get in and out of here for 3 to 4 dollars, pretty consistently. As far as basic car washes go, this is my favorite one in the area.

Mr. Don Schwab, or whomever owns this dump might want to think about some actual repairs and updates to the 1980's equipment and not just (fake and misleading) signage for it. HORRIBLE!! All of the vacuums had tape "holding" the nozzles to the hose yet I still tried 2 of them thinking "they can't really not work"....THEY DONT WORK. Barely any suction, because they are TAPED together!!!!!! As far as the wash goes, also a mess, I received wax on the presoak setting forcing me to scrub really hard to try to remove the wax before washing. Didn't work. Ridiculous that this place is in business. Even if signs are posted "new"...."improved", "tastes better", or save yourself the aggravation and complete waste of money and go ANYWHERE else.
