I don't always believe reviews especially negative ones however the negative reviews on this business are ACCURATE. I ordered a simple fruit arrangement to be delivered for yesterday - Valentine's Day, and it was never out for delivery even though I waited up until the very latest that they deliver on high volume busy days. Today there has still also been no delivery and I have canceled my order considering I tried calling the location several times to communicate since the delivery had not been made on time and the store itself did not contact me at all to inform me of any delays or potential late deliveries. Probably the worst Edible Arrangements location, specifically due to their management and unresponsiveness. I had a 'Get Well Delicious Celebration' gift set that was delivered, but the temperature was definitely not considered nor maintained, as all the items that were dipped in chocolate were completely melted - this was all over the cellophane cover, the other fruits, and all over the basket. In addition, the fruit was warm and not fresh, which was surprising, as E.A. prides themselves only offering the 'freshest cuts of fruit'. Another repeat delivery provided the same lack of quality and care. Edible Arrangements is not cheap, so the fact that the management/staff here allows such a lack of quality control in their products is pretty awful. This place is really just awful. The employees seem very unhappy and the customer pays for that. My most recent visit I went in for a smoothie, waited for a few minutes in the front of the store, no one was there. I went to the employees only door and knocked, after a few moments someone came up. She seemed bothered that I was there, I asked for a smoothie, it took her two attempts to make it (just chocolate and banana). She didn't speak to me until giving me the total and then walked away. This is the third time that I've received this "quality" of service, which is what prompted this review. Don't EVER order from this location. I ordered an edible arrangement for my friend to receive at her job well in advance. I put on the card that she would be arriving around 3:30, so anytime around or after that would be fine. I called once at 5:30 to see if it had been delivered, they told me it was in transit. I called at 7:30 to see if it had been delivered. The rude lady on the phone told me, you know we close at 7 right with an attitude. If you are closed then why did you answer the phone? She looked it up and told me it WAS delivered. Later that night I called my best friend while she was at work and she said she didn't receive it. She works at an open store where she can see everyone walking in. I think my friend would notice if a man came in with a giant basket of fruit. She did begin to tell me I had to wait till noon when the driver got in to figure this mess out. I called at 8 am. My mother called this location on Father's Day, on the off chance that they could do a same day delivery to me. She was informed that they couldn't, but that I could go pick it up, but she would have to hurry and place the order, as the cutoff was in 15 minutes. She called me to confirm that I would be able to go there, called the store back two minutes later and there was no answer. She tried again, repeatedly, the next day, hoping to get them to do a same-day delivery - again no one answered the phone for a good part of the day. My delivery for Mother's Day never arrived to my mother. When I spoke with the "manager" the following day she wasn't apologetic whatsoever, told me the delivery driver should have called (which he hadn't), and when I was obviously feeling upset about the situation she told me I wasn't the only one who didn't receive their delivery. Despite all the bad reviews, I ordered the 6 cheesecake platter as a birthday gift. The platter didn't consist of any whipped cream (which is supposed to be on all 6) or the right fruit as it was advertised. The person receiving the order went to pick it up and explained about a bad customer service experience from the employee in the form of a rude, annoyed, and dismissive attitude from who I presume was the same employee who incorrectly put the gift together. I came in here last minute to see if I could order something and then pick it up in a couple hours. The woman behind the counter explained that she had six orders up and it would take at least three hours. I explained that someone had recently passed away, and I was on my way to see their family and didn't know what to do.
