Horrible location ! Ordered a box of strawberries for a birthday gift. These things were smaller than a quarter itself. For them to say that's how they come is a negative for me. My boyfriend ordered a gift that is guaranteed for delivery in an hr. My gift was needed the following day. On the scheduled delivery day, we both phoned to get status updates on the order. Each call was immediately sent to an automated system. After being 'on hold, and leaving multiple messages, no one ever responded to our calls. We wanted to cancel the order but could not contact anyone at the Baton Rouge LA location. After waiting all day and much frustration, the arrangement was finally delivered at 7pm! The arrangement was beautiful and the fruit was fresh and sweet. However I would NOT RECOMMEND this business for gift delivery. The service is HORRIBLE. Angry! I live out of state and ordered an arrangement for my 80 year old mother to be delivered on Friday prior to Mother's Day. It was not delivered until 9PM on Saturday night. Received a box of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday... unfortunately they were not delivered ON my birthday, it was the next day. (Something with they were down a delivery driver) The delivery driver today didn't even knock or ring the bell (I heard the dog barking next door and stepped outside to check and saw the person) After receiving the box and opening, I was disappointed, as the strawberries were warm and sat in their own lil puddle of wetness and the strawberries were extremely mushy. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Where do I begin? 1. On Saturday, we ordered a gift for friends who lost a relative. After placing the order online, we were called and told they don't carry what we ordered. We decided on an alternative and they said it would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday evening our friends said they never received anything. 2. I called on Sunday (at 11a) and the lady told me she wasn't sure why it never went out on Saturday. She said she didn't have drivers, so it couldn't be delivered on Sunday. I asked if I could have a friend come pick it up, but it wouldn't be until around 12:30p/1p. She said that she didn't have any orders so she was planning to close the score at 12p (even though their hours online say they are open until 3p on Sundays). She said she would call us on Monday morning to schedule the delivery. 3. On Monday, we hadn't heard from them by midday, so we called them. They said that given the hassle they would comp the delivery fee and add in a bag of popcorn. They then attempted to deliver the item. Our friends weren't at home (it was now the middle of a workday rather than when it was originally scheduled to go out on Saturday), so I received a text saying that a doortag was left for our friends with directions on their options. Our friends said that no doortag was left. 4. On Tuesday, I called to find out the options and let her know that despite being told a doortag was left with options, our friends did not receive one. She said they don't leave doortags anymore. (HOW IS THEIR COMMUNICATION SO CONTRADICTORY?! Order something online -- they don't have it. One person says they left a doortag -- another says they don't leave doortags.) She told me the only option was to come to the store to pick it up. I told her I wasn't sure if that could happen, so please issue a refund. She said she was not able to provide a refund. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager for the time being. I asked for the information of the regional manager and she said, "I'm not able to give that out due to privacy reasons." 5. So, after work on Tuesday, I drove from Ponchatoula to Baton Rouge to pick up this order and deliver it to my friends myself. When I arrived at the store, the lady mumbled about not having the order, and then issued a full refund. Why couldn't this happen over the phone? It seems as though she assumed we wouldn't have someone attempt to make it to pick up the order and they could just pocket the money. This was simply intended to be a gift for friends who are grieving and this has completely ruined the gift. You never get an email receipt after you place your order. They advertise curbside pickup and once they do answer they tell you to come inside and get your order. They never get the order correct and don't care to correct it. I have reported this Location to corporate more than once and to have them to call just to get them to answer the phone but clearly customer service is not important to them at all. So I'm done. I thought it couldn't be delivered the day of because she didn't answer the phone? She sure didn't answer the phone the day after. Horrendous- Awful - Terrible...Get my drift? I ordered chocolate covered strawberries before Valentines day and they happily took my money and confirmed thar I could pick up my order at 1600. When I arrived there was a line out the door and the young girl (who we could barely understand) said something about 1 hour. As it turns out THEY HAD RUN OUT OF STRAWBERRIES and had apparently sent someone to a local grocery to get more strawberries. While they were supposedly "out of strawberries ", I did see a few people who got their orders of chocolate covered strawberries - very suspicious! I then told them I wanted a refund and their computers were suspiciously "unable to process refunds" at that time. They never even offered an apology. I am now waiting on PayPal to get my money refunded for me. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER attempt to do business with this fraud of an establishment again. It amazes me that they are still in business. I ordered two different things and paid over the phone. I got a call back saying they could only make one of the items i ordered. I said "okay well just give me two of the same thing" the two items were cheaper than the one other item I wanted but the service was so bad I told them I don't need a refund for the extra money that they charged me so I told them to just use it as a tip for the delivery driver. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET ITS OPERATIONS AND STAFF IN ORDER BEFORE YOU DEPEND ON THEM TO DELIVER A GIFT IN A TIMELY FASHION. I placed a $100 order through this location for an 88-year old's birthday. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Having not received a delivery confirmation by 4:00 pm yesterday, I called the shop to ensure the delivery was going to happen before the day was done. I was assured it was out for delivery. However, I discovered that they failed to make the delivery. I contacted them today, at which time they said they were unable to determine whether or not it was delivered (it was not.), and that they would remake the arrangement and send it out today. Mind you, by now I have completely missed the 88-year old's birthday, and I am terribly disappointed and I have probably hurt the recipient's feelings, when I originally planned a nice surprise. They were completely unapologetic. They said that they would make the arrangement and send it out today, but they would not provide any assurance that they would rush the order. In fact, they explicitly assured me they WOULD NOT RUSH THE ORDER, making some reference to policy, which seems like a very bad policy. Now I am here, at 4:00 pm on the day AFTER it was originally supposed to be delivered, again trying to get assurance that the delivery will go out today.
