After ordering chocolate covered strawberries as a gift, we opened the box to discover unappealing looking strawberries with dark green huge leaves spilling over onto other strawberries. I have used your services on several occassions and on this one I was very disappointed. When I called I ask if this could be delivered to between 1- 5pm she said sure and her driver doesn't start until that time. This was a Birthday gift and I wanted her to be surprised. When trying to place an order the employee I had the express Misfortune to work with was extremely Kurt and short you could tell they did not want to take any orders even stating that they stop taking orders at 3. I have been scrambling and trying most of the morning to find someone who was available to make a delivery and the fact that It was only 3:15 but you could tell just by the tone another sale for the day was inconsequential to them. However thankfully the other store that initially referred me to them because they were closer to the location and could not make a delivery wound up stepping up and accepting responsibility for this stores shortcomings and even though they were further away still made the delivery same day. The other store even indicated that this is a habitual problem at this location and they consistently have to do this. At least one of the Edible Arrangement stores was helpful and cared about putting its best face forward for the company ,but it definitely was not this one I highly suggest going somewhere else if you want your order done on time and with some level and care read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I recently read that beside those gorgeous fresh fruit arrangements, Edible Arrangements also sells fantastic smoothies and fruit salads! If you think about it, they need to be creative with all that fresh fruit and these options are a wonderful alternative! I stopped in to this location recently to give them a try. I ordered a Blueberry Banana Breakfast smoothie. It was like being in Healthy Heaven! I also purchased a fruit salad cup and every piece of fruit tasted like it had been just picked. The even better news is that they open at 8am, so now I can go back again and again on my way to work. The lady that prepared my smoothie was super friendly. The store was very clean. The prices are a little high, but the results are worth it when you want that special treat. This location is now on my go-to list when I'm cravin' a smoothie! read more

Proceed with caution! After spending $75 on fruit (we all know the profit margin on this) I was given the run-around about delivering at a time I knew the receipt would be home. Of course it was then attempted to be delivered when the receipt wasn't home (because my request was ignored) and they called the receipt to come pick it up, the receipt is is a senior citizen so that was just unacceptable. I'll never return the manager just was rude. I went on 2/14/21 at 4:28pm and Inquired about some cheesecakes bites they had on display. The young girl was so nice she said there were more in the back. The manager came out and flat out said "no" didn't even say why. The most important thing I noticed was her apron was dirty. I didn't want nothing anyway after seeing how nasty her apron was. This location could use some people skills seriously and the manager need to understand without customers this store would not be open. read more

This was my first time getting an arrangement. The fruit was delicious. I also got a smoothie which was fantastic. I might go back just for that. The gentleman that helped me at the store was very friendly. While I think they are a bit pricey, you do get a creative, fresh arrangement that I know I couldn't do on my own. And it's a great alternative to a baked good platter when you are trying to be a bit healthier. read more

These guys are really nice and deliver a great product! I was a little behind the delivery truck on a rush order I needed to get out. They called me immediately and told me is was going to be late but they would add on a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. Good job - delivered on time but a bit pricey... Just over $100 for a medium size delivered less than 5 miles away....

So my last order I got from there was not to my standards. I spent $30.00 on some dipped strawberry's and pineapples only to have some bad strawberry' s. I know the fruit is checked before dipping. Wasted my money!!!! read more
