I placed my order at 2:47 and was told 15 minutes at 2:53 they're calling me while I am 2 blocks away letting me know that my order was ready. Strange yes but I am new. I get my food and go to the park to enjoy and guess what the food was Disgusting and I had no silverware or napkins. You got time to call me to pick up my order, but not give me silverware or napkins. It took everything in me not to drop the food back off and ask for my tip back.
