I placed a custom make your own box and a cheesecake with a chocolate covered strawberry. My box was supposed to include 6 strawberries 6 pineapples. I received 8 strawberries none the kind I ordered. The cheesecake cake they sent was not the round cheesecake I believe the sent a runner to the store found something in the refrigerated section and cut a thin slice. I put in a complaint I was told I would here something in two days no response so I called corporate. I told them they can come get it because I don't want it. It was in my refrigerator until yesterday 7 days later and it was molding so I threw it away. Corporate said the location manager said they called me and I had ate the fruit which it was a flat out lie. $60 for what they wanted to send me. So my order should have been 3 hazelnut pineapples and 3 chocolate covered pineapples I received only 4 pineapples which was hazelnut. I asked for 3 white chocolate coconut strawberries 3 white chocolate almond and received a few chocolate covered coconut strawberries and the rest was white chocolate only. They called to confirm my order and tell me I had to come in with my I.D because it was my first time ordering from them. I go to pick the basket up at 5:10pm and they were closed, there was hours of operations on the door. Online it said they closed at 7pm. When you call it said 6pm. I filed a complaint with cooperate.
