ORIGINAL REVIEW: Absolutely unacceptable presentation from this company. My husband was amazing enough to order a beautiful bouquet and surprise me on Valentine's Day and this is how I received it! Not only was the order wrong (supposed to include 3 balloons but only 1 was included), but the delivery driver wasn't friendly at all. I can't believe they let this arrangement leave their store looking like this! Or if it was messed up in transport, you'd think their delivery drivers would handle better. A beautiful gesture from my husband but a crappy (AND EXPENSIVE) edible arrangement. UPDATED REVIEW: My husband submitted a complaint through email and the store manager called him the next day (today) and rectified the situation. He sent not only a replacement edible arrangement with the correct number of balloons but a Valentine's Day bouquet free of charge as well! This set was IMPECCABLY done. Like literally perfect! My brother, from Maryland ordered me a flower bouquet of a dozen roses and a box of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. I received from the Route 70 Cherry Hill location in NJ, a dead bouquet of mix Carnations and a few white wilted and brown roses. The baby breath was dark brown like it was burned in an oven. I mean really Babys breath looks good all the time, so how really could it be brown. The chocolate strawberries were old too. The green stems were turning brown and looked all wilted and the part of the strawberries not hidden by chocolate were slimy and did not look fresh. The best thing about the presentation was the bag it came in. Most of the already small bouquet got thrown away and half of the strawberries. I told him about it and he was shocked because the ones his wife got from a MD location were beautiful red roses and fresh delicious strawberries but I do not know why the location on Rt 70 Cherry Hill NJ was so disgusting. It looked like they put it together with their garbage, literally. Very disappointing and I would not recommend at all! read more

I ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday on 3.22.22, received a blurry photo of the delivery, when they opened the package the melon was covered in white slime. I was informed my my friend the same day and the next day I was sent a photo. I contacted the number on the confirmation email and it defaulted to the Haddonfield location because no one answered the phone. I spoke to an awesome associate there who took my info and said she would escalate it to have someone from CH call me the next business day. TL;DR here I am 2 weeks later writing this review. Not only has no management contacted me yet, but every time I call the only person that answers the phone happens to be the same person that helped me 2 weeks ago. She can't be the only associate there? I was advised by her that she was told "you can handle this", a deflection red flag. I sent in the photo about a week ago and called again today, 4.5.22, only to be told "he will be calling you today". This associate has gone above and beyond her ability and I commended her numerous times in our phone calls. Very unfortunate that they would not have sought to resolve this immediately, especially when it comes to food products. I have always been a big fan of E.A. and love getting them as gifts, as well as sending them. I happened to get an email about a free box of 12 count chocolate dipped fruit, since I had purchased a certain amount. I like to be rewarded. :) The email said to call or stop by a location. I wasn't sure what the process was (already some pre-packaged or made on site..) so I just stopped by this location. Two females were working and both were polite and pleasant. One girl was pretty new so she asked if I could wait til the other one was off the phone. No problem. The store was bright and clean with some holiday cards on the side. There was maybe one already made arrangement in the case but everything else is made to order. Once she was off the phone, I showed her the email I printed out, and away she went into the back. Total process took about 25 minutes I would guess. She came out from the back to let me know the chocolate was just drying and would be a couple more minutes. I really appreciated the work she did and with a smile. The fruit looked great and I was very happy to present it as a gift. read more

mmmmm. Okay so I ordered my bff Ashley an edible arrangements bouquet for her graduation! After I placed the order, I was given a coupon for a free box of fruit! So today was the big day, I went and picked up my fruit from this location. The staff was very friendly and the store smelled lovely. Everything was clean and very pretty. I received my box of fruit. Three large chocolate covered strawberries and three giant pieces of chocolate covered green apples. OMG, it was soooooooo yummi!!! I don't want regular flowers anymore! just these edible bouquets! (or a nice fruit basket) Honestly since i love eating, I've never been a flower girl but give me a wrapped fruit basket or food and I'm a happy camper. Although i find the price of these arrangements a little high, the utility return on purchasing one of these is great. My friend loved it and has pictures and after eating it, the allure of the taste correlates with the decorative presentation of each fruit. ***warning*** don't eat and drive....I almost took some people out trying to eat my delicious chocolate covered fruit. I also dropped chocolate all on my seat, which melted and stuck to my jeans (I didn't notice it until I was at dressing room in Macy's and yea...nice chocolate smudges on my jeanz...soo attractive...sexy beast mode. read more

Terrible! What a disappointment. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter for her 14th birthday. It's almost 7:00 and still not here! Had to call several times to check on this order that was supposed to be delivered at 1:00. First "they don't have fruit in the Cherry Hill store.They called the day of to tell me this. So they transferred the order to Clementon, promising to deliver between 1-2pm. At 3pm and each time I called after, they just kept saying."it's ready we just need a driver." For the last hour they don't even have the decency to answer the phone!!! What a terrible way to do business and ruin a birthday surprise. . Never again! read more

I ordered a yummy bouquet of fruit for my daughters birthday but it arrived with out the typical amount of strawberries. The office was quick to remedy the situation and brought out the missing items to my daughter. They say you can tell the quality of a company not when everything goes well but when there is a problem. They responded very professionally. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I ordered a special MOTHERS DAY tray to be delivered on MOTHERS DAY and it was not delivered. It took multiple tries calling to finally get through and then the lady in charge HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Who hangs up on a customer especially a dissatisfied customer. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible terrible TERRIBLE customer service. So much for their "certified happiness" because I most definitely am not happy one bit. read more

Who wouldn't want an Edible Arrangement? I've been on both the sending and receiving end of these creations, and is always a gift much appreciated. For the past few years my mom has been sending us one for Easter instead of making up an Easter basket (which, yes, she still does for my brother - LOL) and I always look forward to it. The fruit is always super fresh and of great quality. This past Mother's Day I decided to return the favor and ordered an arrangement for my mom. I picked it up at the store so I could deliver it to her myself. It was the day before Mother's Day, so they seemed a little hectic inside, but once it was my turn, they were able to help me right away, my arrangement being completed per order. Prices are a little high, but when you think about the cost of a floral arrangement, an Edible Arrangement is a much better option. I'm keeping Edible Arrangements in mind for my on-going gift giving needs. I just received a $10 coupon in my e-mail, so I may have to treat myself! read more

I love stopping in to this place on my way home from work, or the airport to grab a smoothie, or froyo. Delicious! And with my frequent customer card, my next smoothie will be free! My husband ordered me and my daughters a beautiful bouquet for Valentine's Day. It had pineapples, grapes, strawberries and chocolate covered strawberries. There was an issue with the order, but we called and were told they could make us a new bouquet in 20 minutes, were deeply apologetic and ended up giving us an additional dozen chocolate covered strawberries for the inconvenience, which was very nice of them. Would definitely order from here again! read more

Overall I have had good experiences with this store. However, the last time I placed an online order, they did not have my order ready and gave me a substitute. The problem is that the substitute was not very good or fresh. Good store but they can do better. read more

Horrible experience. If I had not had success with your company before, you would never see me as a customer again. Specifically, There was a hair ON the fruit. Hair was longer than anyone in my household so it wasn't from us. The strawberries were old and soft. They tasted and felt has if they had been frozen and then thawed. Also, the pineapple wasn't ripe. The best ingredient in the entire arrangement was the Kale which we sauteed for dinner; most of the strawberries went down the disposal. I placed the order with your center city (Philadelphia) location because I had a less than stellar delivery from your Oregon St location. We had three separate phone calls asking us to contact a number because the delivery person couldn't make the delivery. This was obviously a scam to cover the late delivery. There were three adults in the house all day and the doorbell never rang. The messages asked us to call a number, which was your center city location. When I called, they couldn't find the order, couldn't (or wouldn't) help and when they FINALY found the order told me I had to call the Oregon St. store and hung up. If you wanted me to call this number FIRST, why didn't your employees leave this number on all the messages? So, horrible fruit, horrible delivery, horrible customer service, horrible experience. 2/25/15 Follow up After posting the above on Edible Arrangements web site, several days passed before someone finally called. They were apologetic and promised to deliver a similar arrangement as compensation. After a week, no arrangement and no follow up. So now I give one star for the quality of their product, one star for their delivery and follow up and one star for their customer service. read more
