When I called they only had a "scripted rwaponse" to my question as to why it is taking so long to get delivered. All they could say is it will be delivered before 5 pm, because it is being delivered to a business and a business delivery has priority. What in the world does that mean? As someone who also runs a business, I understand firsthand that customer service should always be a top priority. Unfortunately, my experience with Alina was extremely disappointing due to the way my calls were handled. I called on three separate occasions, and each time I was told that I would receive a call back. Not once was I asked for my name, phone number, or any information that would allow for a proper follow-up. Each time I called back, I had to explain myself again, only to be met with the same response. Prior to placing an order for our company, I asked for the representative's name for reference purposes. At that point, the interaction became even more unprofessional. The representative was extremely rude, dismissive, and continued to ignore my request. She repeatedly stated, "I'll call you back," without addressing my question, and ultimately hung up on me. Mind you since I was never given the chance to explain why it wasn't letting me place on online order. I had to drive to the store since this is something we often do for our employee's. I obtained the very Rude girl's name from another staff member. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with potential business clients. As any business owner, they expect a basic level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I highly doubt we can ever come back as a customer or even recommend you guys. read more

I had a positive experience with this location and decided to come on Yelp to leave them a good review, only to see such low ratings.. I'm so glad my transaction went smoothly. This afternoon I decided to place an order to surprise my husband last minute. Their website stated any business deliveries must be placed before 3pm in order to be delivered by 5pm where most businesses close. My order was placed just before 1:40pm and I got a call at 1:49pm, the lady asked when my husband would get out of work and I told her 5pm. Since I ordered cookies for his coworkers, she told me they need time to bake the cookies and her driver is out delivering in Yorba Linda.. the delivery time for my order is cutting really close to 5pm, she told me it's going to be 4:45-4:50pm depending on traffic... Which caught me off guard and I asked if I should just cancel my order. She put me on hold then came back and told me it's doable as long as I'm ok with it being so close to 5pm. To my surprise my husband messaged me at 3:48pm thanking me for the treats! That's almost an hour before what she had told me and I'm beyond happy about their quick delivery! read more

Poor service. Waited a long time to be helped. When I finally was being helped the manager received a call and wanted the other associate to stop my order and take the phone order even though I'd been waiting about 15-20 mins. Because my info had already been input she let the associate continue taking my order. That, plus people coming in after me but being helped first, really annoyed me. Then to make it even worse, when I was placing my order the manager commented that she usually doesn't accept what I was ordering (create your own desserts box) which made me feel like an inconvenience to her. Overall it took about 30 mins from the time I arrived until I left. I picked up my order the next day. This time nobody was there but I still waited a few minutes until the owner came out from the back. She didn't say much just gave me my order and returned to the back. I was shocked when I saw the order. I did receive everything but it just looked a lot less impressive in person - especially for $60. Luckily I had a $50 gift card and only paid $10, otherwise I would've been very upset. I will say that the items were fresh and tasted great. I received an arrangement on 2/14 from my significant other, and it was delivered to me. It was a bit of a mess when I received it and definitely not typically of what I expected of an edible arrangement in the past, from a different location. When I called to inquire, and was really looking for at least an apology, the associated pretty much scolded me. She said this is very normal and typical when fruit (plus chocolate) are left in the refrigerator overnight, and I that I would expect the same if I had left fruit overnight in MY refrigerator. Science lesson aside, I really didn't know where to start at that point... the fact that my boyfriend paid a premium for quality and presentation, or or that I'm not getting it fresh from the same day? There are certainly ways to mitigate the condensation (i.e., paper towel to absorb moisture, clean it up before delivery, etc), but none of those happened. Instead the associate's attitude and her way of handling this situation came as a shock, as she basically "put it back on me." Don't charge a premium if the output is suboptimal, at best. Turn away customers rather than erode your brand. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a respectful gift for someone special. read more

I just want to say how AMAZING Nancy was with me! I had such a confusing order with a lot of intricate stuff to add, and she was so helpful!!! She was 5 stars! I was placing an order for my moms birthday. I was recommended to come in store, and dreaded it with COVID-19 and everything, but the process was a breeze! There was only one other customer there, so I felt safe. There were so many options online, so it can be overwhelming. Nancy recommended some stuff for me and made it easier, searching based on what I was looking for. She showed me the website, so I could see my options and gave suggestions on what others have ordered. She took displays off the shelf to show me up close what I would be getting. She made the whole process a breeze. Update: order came 30 minutes late from quoted time. Thankfully, we didn't have anything else planned, but we were waiting around for it. The chocolate strawberries were a hit! Everyone loved them (my niece ate a dozen on her own!) I personally did not like the pumpkin cheesecake. Tasted too tangy for my taste. The brownie looked amazing, but the flavor was alright. The cookies were DECEIVING! The photos online made them look so much more presentable than they were. I personally can make more appealing cookies than the ones they sent us. I will say they tasted great (loved the white chocolate strawberry one!), but would not recommend them as a gift to send because they did not look inviting at all. This store cancelled my order at 4pm on Mother's Day. They shared that they were over capacity and I ordered too late the day prior. When I stated then why did the website take my order for that date they told me that the site must have been turned off just after my order. Yet I am not told until 4pm the next day? The day of the delivery where now it is too late for me to make other arrangements? I understand that I ordered late but I checked the site and it allowed the order. That was not my fault as the customer. They had no plan to deliver the order and yet they couldn't let me know in the morning when I could have made different arrangements? This was my first time ordering from here, and this was the worst experience I ever had in my life. Employee Celina do no like her job and she was insanely rude. When I called she asked me what do I want and I told her this is my first time ordering. Never once did she ask me who is it for, what do I have in mind, how much do I want to spend, what she recommends. She accused me of calling a week later when the incident happened days before and during the holidays. She was bothered with having to remake the order since it was not delivered due to the funeral and was rescheduled for pickup. She didn't want to acknowledge the mistake. This was a sympathy arrangement for a loved one. She wanted to give a credit instead refunding the order as if I would ever buy something from this franchise location. My rating for this store is 2.5 stars and there is two reasons for it. The product wasn't exactly as advertised size of fruit and flowers were very small, that is reason number one. The biggest and most important reason is customer service especially from the owner is not the best, when I expressed my discontent of their product she was clear at first then proceeded to end the conversation with you get what you pay for and made sure to tell me she's the owner of two shops. The second part to their lack of customer support is that at the time of purchase I was supposed to receive 25% off online but it was glitching, they promised to refund me the difference and instead I got about 10% which in part I would have been ok with it as long as the product was satisfactory. I will be not coming back as it seems like the owner does not need customers and does not budge to make things right as she laughs while explaining things or offering clarification. read more

The strawberries were small and none were sweet at all. They were all unripe and unappetizing. The pineapple was the worst! It literally tasted like DIRT!
