    Where is the meat?! ‍
    Jocelyn V.

Their tamales suck! There's no meat in them! They may be big, but it's all masa! I will definitely not come here again for tamales

We were very disappointed with the service here. Their cakes are good but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. For my husband's 50th birthday, I ordered a cake a couple weeks prior. My mother-in-law went to pick it up on the date specified and the bakery had no record of my order. I gave my MIL my order slip to show them. They were saying they threw the cake away because they made it last week and we didn't pick it up (even through the pick up date was for the day my MIL was there). The lady who was working ended up having a white cake that she wrote on, as I had requested on the order form. The next problem is that she is not a cake decorator and it looked awful. Also, with this hassle and them being at fault, I thought they might waive the remaining $10 due. They didn't. I was shocked when my MIL brought the cake to my house. The party was in an hour so there wasn't anything I could do. I was hesitant to put it out but did anyway. I heard comments at the party that a four year old could have done better. Thankfully it tasted good. Since then, I wanted to give the bakery a chance to make it right. I went to the bakery twice and called once and they kept saying the owner wasn't available. I gave up trying to get a hold of her.

Only a few sugar breads left. Some flaky and some soft but all delicious!

I go here for the pandulce and I love it! They have a really large selection and it's all so delicious and fresh. My cost is about $10 for a dozen assorted and they don't last long no matter where I take them. Yum!!

I can only speak to the manteconchas... I repeat MANTECONCHAS! I searched around town for a Panaderia that was making this delicious treats after a friend send me a photo. I called a few places and this one just asked how many and took my order. However they had mentioned previously that the Baker that knows how to make these is only there during the weekdays. I am not sure if they make them daily but if you call ahead they will make you some and cost $1 each. (I called around 8am and they were ready by 2pm) They're pretty big and super delicious. I thought it was the perfect blend of a mantecada and a concha.

I decided to give it another try and the tamales got much better! They're a good size for the cost and enough ingredients.

First time and the last time... The service was horrible, the tamales we're burn and dried. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Absolutely Delicious - A Must-Visit for Ube Lovers! Even…read morethough we recently moved away from Chino Hills to Henderson, NV, Cafe 86 remains one of our absolute favorite spots that we miss the most! Every time we visited, it was a guaranteed hit for the whole family. On our last go-around, we loaded up on our favorites, and as always, they did not disappoint: Ube Tres Leches: The undisputed star of the show. It is incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and has the most amazing, rich ube flavor. You cannot leave without trying this! Halo Halo: Packed with all the traditional goodies and so refreshing. It's the BOMB. Ube Truffles: Bite-sized perfection. Rich, fudgy, and the ultimate little treat to take home (if they even make it to the car). Jasmine Milk Tea & Sea Salt Coffee: The perfect drink pairings. The jasmine milk tea is wonderfully fragrant and refreshing, while the sea salt coffee hits that perfect balance of bold, savory, and sweet. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and it's just the best place to treat the kids or catch up with friends. Chino Hills is so lucky to have this gem. If you haven't been yet, go change that immediately!

I always need adjustments for my drinks or else it's way too sweet to drink. I never leave reviews and I think this place is great, but this has been my third time where I thought the cashier has heard my drink adjustments or looked like they acknowledged it, but didn't add the adjustment to the drink.
