Had they followed their own rules and left it with security per their order confirmation, my order would have been delivered. So the corporate office won't do anything and the location (this one) took their phone off the hook. If you're trying to do something good for someone this location will ruin it! Yesterday I ordered two fruit arrangements for two separate families from this location. They were both delivered by Chris. I had the opportunity to speak with Chris as he was making the delivery and he wanted to confirm the first name of the recipient. He was so very thoughtful and considerate. He was very kind to both members of my family, making them feel better during this time that my brother-in-law is in the hospital. I did not find out until that next Saturday from the recipient when we just casually talked an I asked if she received the gift which she hadn't. so I called the store and was told "oh I was waiting for someone to call us". I was very confused as to why I needed to call the store vs the store contacting me or the recipient as soon as it was discovered the order was delivered to the wrong person, no compensation given just a 2nd delivery Saturday evening. very upsetting. read more

I bought both an arrangement and two boxes of chocolate dipped fruit. The arrangement was beautiful and my mother-in-law loved it. The chocolate covered strawberries were enormous! I had to pick up an order for work. When I walked in, they said they were finishing wrapping it up. 20 minutes later, they finally brought it out. Apparently, they were waiting for the chocolate to set. I'm not sure how they went from wrapping it up to waiting for the chocolate to set. The fruit was good, but there's no way in hell I'd pay for one of their overpriced arrangements by myself. $54 for fruit cut into flower shapes is a bit much, if you ask me. read more

Bought an arrangement for Bosses Day the night before and was going to present it to our Boss the next day. Well the arrangement didn't look quite right by that evening. In fact it looked the fruit had spoiled as it had turned colors. So I called the store the next morning and I sent pictures of the arrangements to the store. The person on the phone was very pleasant, couldn't understand what could have happened with the fruit but was very accommodating. He had explained later to me that it was the white chocolate that was making the appearance not so pleasant. Definately a zero star kind of experience. I'll keep it short. I'm out of state for work and I ordered for valentines day delivery and it never got there. Called today and they said they had a system glitch for online orders and that it wasn't their fault. I'm thinking ok, so maybe it will get there the day after valentines and maybe my fiancé will get that angry look off of her face because she thinks I forgot about her. But no, they couldn't even deliver it the day after valentines and wanted to know if it's ok if it can be there 2 days after valentine's because they were backed up. I said that's ridiculous, cancel the order. As a sorry, I got a 15% off my next order but only if I call that exact location and bla bla bla, something way too complicated for me to even listen or care at this point. The other, they tried to deliver on Friday, left a note, when she called sat. they scheduled it for a Monday delivery,she told them she would be in and out, be sure to call. No call, no note left, they claim they attempted both, but didn't call me, even though they took my number. I did not call this location because of the bad reviews, it was transferred over. The price that you pay for fruit and the lack of customer service are criminal. I ordered a basket for my mother's birthday thinking she would receive it during day time hours. Well, was I wrong-- by 8pm still no delivery and the store and ( Lack of) Customer Care line were completely uselss, You mean to tell me that the drivers are just allowed to take as long as they want and no one can track them or give the customer any idea of where this person is on the delivery route???? I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company. The Customer Service rep was arrogant and rude and he truly could not care less about my concerns. If they continue to do such a bang up job, they'll lose more customers and maybe once the profit margins start to shrink, they'll remember that treating people right will make them come back even if your prices are a bit pricey. read more

They also messed up my order and neither the store or the corporate office were able to address the situation to my satisfaction. When I questioned the "call center" about it, they said there was nothing they could do because every store is a franchise. I would not recommend using Edible Arrangements or this store. read more

Your store delivered my order with missing fruit, it was a 12 piece that was delivered with only 11 pieces, there was an empty "cupcake liner" that you throw yes throw your poor quality fruit in. When I called and I was asked to send a picture of the delivery and I did within 10 minutes I got a phone call back and was told for me or my wife to drive to your store and pick up the 1/4th of a banana that was missing. I am not going to drive 15-20 minutes there for a banana that you guys forgot to put. The thing that is getting me even more furious is that the response to me saying it looks like you dropped the box before delivering was "that is our standard" really take pride in your product. I went and got a refund they girl asked me no questions, she did not even apologize and seemed as if it was normal. I asked for her to give me a receipt showing me that a refund was issued she told me "you already had free delivery" Not sure why a cyber Monday sale of free delivery has anything to do with a receipt. Any ways as she showed me the screen that says it was voided I also showed her the button on the screen that clearly says "print voided receipt" What a horrible service after reading all your reviews on google, yahoo and yelp. seems to me as if its the same horrible service that you had in the past. I can beat you all. I placed two orders on 2/13 for delivery on Valentine's Day. They took the money ($172.58) from my account Friday morning but never delivered the arrangements. The phone has been off the hook for three days now (Thursday I tried to call and place the second order but had to go through corporate) and I am out the money and have two very disappointed should have been recipients - one of which is my daughter who watched for them all day, and even past 9 P.M., because it says they can deliver up until that time on a holiday. I see this store has a history. I ordered a Valentine's arrangement for my wife, two days before, to be delivered by 3pm to her place of work. They never delivered, never called to say they wouldn't deliver, never answered complaint sent to them by corporate in 48 hours, where I lodged the complaint. Spoke with corporate again today, who had to force the store to pull my order and refund my money. The operator said they were having trouble with the manager of this store...I recommend you stay away from this franchise and corporate should pull their license...RED FLAG, stay away. read more
