I put in an online order on Thursday 5/21 earlier in the day and paid extra for same day delivery. The arrangement did not get delivered and when i called nobody answered. They delivered the arrangement the next day (Friday 5/22) when nobody was home but my mom told them to leave it on the porch (talked to the delivery man through her ring doorbell) since she would be home within the next 10 minutes. He left it, then came back and took it. So i called and the lady told me she would send him back. It's now the end of the day and they never delivered, i called back and they said they could deliver tomorrow. They had terrible customer service didn't even care that they weren't following through with services i paid for. I wasn't able to physically be there for my sisters graduation and this was my way to give her a little surprise on her special day and this establishment ruined that for me with no remorse. Forgot to post this a long time ago, but I ordered from this Denton location on Mother's Day 2018 and service was exceptional. I didn't realize my parents would not be home for the delivery, so, against the managers' advice I had edible arrangements leave it at the door. Being May, in Texas, by the time they got home the next evening the arrangement was completely destroyed by the heat. After calling and explaining my mistake d/t bad judgement the manager replaced the arrangement promptly. So, I needed to tell the world that not only does this location offer some of the nicest and freshest edible arrangements around, they also have incredible employees and above average customer service.
