What a joke! Would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered online 1.5 weeks before Valentines - during the ordering process it has a field for special instructions related to delivery. I specifed that since Valentine's falls on a Friday, the delivery address closes at 1PM so please plan accordingly. Wouldn't you know it - almost 3PM, nothing delivered and no peep from Edible Arrangements. Upon calling, I was told: *They have over 300 orders out and that they was unaware of the delivery request. I mentioned the website has a field for it, and I populated the information on the website. I was then told, I should have called as they wouldn't know. *That they deliver up until 9PM - that's great if it's going to a home location or a business opened that late - doesn't apply here. *The order number provided on the website, and the e-mail confirmation are not the same order numbers apparently used in the store. Only the last 4 digits. This experience demonstrates a significant disconnect between your online ordering system and your delivery operations at the stores performing the work. The lack of communication and disregard for customer instructions are unacceptable, especially for a special occasion like Valentine's Day. Won't be using them ever again and suggest you don't either. read more

Sams club or Costco has fresh chocolate covered strawberries 12 for $9 and beautiful flowers $15+ for valentines and major holidays. The freshness and price at these other companies are just WAY better and a lot more fresh. My husband buys these edible arrangements every Valentine's Day but it's so over priced that we definitely are going to chose Sams club next year. read more

Home delivery: The day before the delivery, I received a text advising of their plans to deliver and asking if someone would be available to accept the delivery. I responded on what was possible. The day of delivery, and during the window of time communicated, I received a text when they were on the way. The delivery woman was very sweet - wore a mask - and exchanged pleasantries. After her visit, I opened a nice box or items to enjoy. The information denotes how to store the items, which I did. They were a wonderful treat and I will use this location again. read more

It all started with an incorrectly communicated delivery time. Via text, promised delivery between 12-3, but arrived at 3:50 instead and seemed annoyed that the receiver was not there. The receiver went ahead picked up the item at the location and was met with an attitude about not being there during a timeframe that was incorrectly communicated. I have now contacted the store twice through the contact form and they have decided to ignore me and my request. I am saddened by the lack of customer service. read more

For my birthday I received two edible arrangements. One of which was a "flower" BDAY arrangement with fruit that was HARD, TART, and MELTED. There were strawberries dipped in white chocolate and confetti sprinkles which bled onto the pineapple. The BDAY cut out pineapple was so white colored you could tell it was days old. How sad to OVERLY price a gift and the gift received be trash. I had received text that I was receiving a package at 11am so I went down to our lobby to not find anything I informed the staff downstairs that I was waiting on a delivery so they knew to contact me. I was called as soon as the deliveries were left I came down picked up and went up stairs again. At my desk the fruit arrangement was not cold but my second delivery of boxed fruit was. The Saran Wrap was so tight it push/melted a lot together. (Mind you this is Texas heat) however fruit should be prepared daily, properly stored and properly package for travel. AND as a company if your fruit supply has been "Rough" in certain areas place a banner on your sight ALLOWING your consumers the insight that some fruit may not available and others could be used to replace it in said arrangements. I am beyond grateful that people/friends took the time to think of me and bless with me with a treat but the order received was not worth a penny spent. We've reached out to this location and no one seems to give a rats ass about the poor customer service, the poor grade fruit being passed off as "edible" and the inability to promptly return calls. Our business and group of friend purchases from EA frequently but will no longer continue to pay for shit sour service. Health department has been contacted. If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately i am forced to give them one. read more

Order was great. However, we were told we have until 3:30 to pick up our arrangement. We received a phone call asking when we would be here because, "we were hoping to go home early today". That is not something you should burden or tell your customers. I have plenty of times wanted to go home early from work but that's not how the adult work world is. I thought that was a rather crappy comment to tell your overpaying customers. ALSO, forgot several items when we went to pick it up. They were VERY rude. Will NOT be using this location every again. I received an arrangement from edible arrangements, the fruit tasted sour. I called the store and asked for a new one. The manager Alex stated, "we will just refund it to the purchasing party, if it's sour yesterday we use the same fruit cut the day before and it will properly be sour today!" Why would you send out rancid fruit? Instead of apologizing she proceeded to ask if I wanted the refund or not! Alex who identified herself as the manager could have cared less I was unhappy! I love these arrangements I have received about 10 in my lifetime, some in the middle of the Texas Summer with no problem! Clearly they were not stored properly and the fruit looks more than a day old! It tastes like it been there for a few days.
