Always happy to visit La Maison Bleue at the Revolving Kitchen in Fairview. The service is fast! The drinks are so good. One of the best matchas around town.

I was so excited to attend a event and the fact that they were there, I couldn't wait. They had two options for matcha and I wanted both hehe but I choose the strawberry matcha. The quality of matcha was one of the best I have tried. I can't wait to catch them again. And try another yummy flavor

LMB is located inside Revolving Kitchen, where there are a bunch of other restaurants along with a big seating area (like a food court). I got the Sakura Cream Matcha ($8) and it was pretty good. I definitely had better matchas in Dallas but the drink wasn't bad. The lady (owner?) was super nice and attentive, and the area was kept pretty clean. I would come back to try other drinks if I'm in the area :)

Super sad the Mitsuwa location closed (holds lots of mems) but I am forever grateful LMB opened in Fairview - which is way closer to home for me! Whenever I am craving a high quality matcha and am too lazy to make my own, I always come here. Definitely a splurge, but worth it! The taste and quality is consistent, it's never been too milky or too bitter. Literally so perfect. Treat yourself to a matcha here if you want actual good matcha!!! I also come here to stock up on matcha powders too

Love La Maison Bleue! I've been going to both their Plano at Mitsuwa (before they had to close) and Fairview at Revolving Kitchen (still open) locations for years now. I personally like their Sakura matcha and have ordered this multiple times. I'm impressed at how consistent the matcha is every time I go, and it's always the PERFECT amount of matcha to cream ratio. The staff is always friendly and the owner Anna is super nice. You guys have to go and check them out! Please enjoy my compilation of matcha pictures from their place as well as pop-ups they've participated in!

My first time at this location but not my first time ordering from LMB. The matcha was great as always. I got the seasonal spring jasmine matcha latte and the flavors are very well balanced and not too sweet. I came in on a weekday to get some work done and the ambience was great. The service is also stellar! Ana (not sure how to spell it) is super sweet and let me try the Sakura mochi which was very awesome of her. I will definitely be back!

I was so happy to find out we had one near us! Their matcha is always consistent and delicious! Tip: This location is located in a food hall.

The matcha some sweetener. The service was good it ordered it through a kiosk but they brought out our drink. The ambiance was good it wasn't crowded and was just like any other food court.

I was really looking forward to trying this place but I was really disappointed in what I got :( When I first got here I was a little confused on where exactly the shop was. I thought it was it's own store but it is a section of the food hall/sports bar. There were a few tables infront of the shop and there were people directing people on which place to go. I got the iced mixed berry matcha because that sounded good and it was a seasonal drink. The berry part was good, you can tell that there was real fruit in it but it was very overpowering. I could only taste the berry and not the matcha. After mixing the drink, the color of the matcha was really pale and just tasted like milk at that point. Prior to orderingc I asked if I could add extra matcha to my drink because most places don't have a strong enough matcha taste but I was told that it's very strong and not needed to get extra. That was not the case for me so I was really let down :( It was also almost $9 for this one drink so I won't be coming back unfortunately. I am glad I tried it but i'm okay now.

Bleu's Kitchen is an offshoot of the popular tea house, La Maison Bleue Dallas, and is located as part of the large Revolving Kitchen Food Hall in Fairview Town Center in Allen, TX. I came here by myself to eat food from a different vendor inside the same hall, but came away hungry. The food hall makes it very easy to order more and more, so ended up getting an order of geso kara-age (fried squid legs) $11 + 0.50 for spicy. The description states that it's "Great for drinking: better than calamari"...can definitely attest that dried cuttlefish is great for imbibing...so fell for the advertisement and ordered it, along with a local tap beer. It was really good, consisting of half dozen tentacle pieces, expertly fried in the same breading that japanese fried chicken comes in. Unlike other restaurants where they give you baby squid tentacles, this was thicker, more meaty and moist. Great value for the price, and the QP mayo for dipping is just great (tastes as if one takes regular Hellman's and condenses it even more). The spicy addition didn't add much and could have done without. This is the only place I've dined where they guarantee only tentacles..wish more places did that.

So good! We first tried La Maison Bleue at a matcha pop up, and I had been dreaming of their lattes ever since! We finally made a visit to them in the Mitsuwa location, and the latte was creamy and fresh - just as I had remembered. Sipping while shopping in Mitsuwa is the perfect Texas summer activity, and there are plenty of treats to look through and pair with your drink. We'll definitely be back!

I tried the recently opened Bleue's Kitchen that opened up inside Revolving Kitchen in Fairview. They're operated by La Maison Bleue, by a lady known for pop ups and drinks that she sold in Mitsuwa Marketplace. Revolving Kitchen is a ghost kitchen composed of 20 restaurants and 34 kitchens. There's a dining area and bar with QR codes to place your orders. I ordered the shrimp mentai pasta and sakura cream matcha and my friend got the Kara-age sando. The food came out in about 15-20 minutes. My pasta had creamy udon with shrimp and cod caviar. They give you plenty of shrimp and I really liked the flavor of the cream. It wasn't too watery and was a little on the thicker side, which I liked because the noodles had more sauce on them. For the Sakura cream matcha, they take ceremonial matcha and make a foam out of sakura (cherry blossom) from Japan. The Sakura foam was slightly floral and sweet, I really enjoyed the matcha itself though. I would like to try their normal matcha next time. They also have interesting lattes like biscoff and black sesame. My friend's sando was really really good. It's a fat piece of crispy Japanese fried chicken on soft shokupan bread, with lettuce, tomato, and their signature taru taru sauce. The chicken was actually very juicy and tender. I would recommend ordering the sando for sure

To the right there are two huge kiosks. Plus a menu board above your head. Extreme overload IMO. I'll address the ambiance, this place needs a cleaning. Crumbs on table and seating. A young lady came to front and asked if it was my first time. I'm sure I appeared overwhelmed. (I was). She told me to use my phone to access the QR code at the table. AND to seat myself. AGAIN, This was extreme overload. I only wanted to order and pay cash. No physical menus in sight. The QR code is Apple Pay. Ugh. I'm old school and don't have all this stuff on my phone. I need it simple. I need a human connection. Not being able to see my food being cooked should have been another warning. What are you hiding?? Everyone wants a tip for doing nothing! Come on. I will never be guilted into leaving a tip for doing nothing. My shrimp rolls were brought to me with 2 packets "of to go Duck sauce". How original is that? The Tuna Rolls are covered with some mayo mix. The offer she did give me after the tuna rolls were delivered was Sriracha sauce, Louisiana sauce, or packets of soy sauce. Ugh. Really?? My food was terrible. I left 6 rolls of 7 uneaten. Odd number to deliver to the table. One bite of the tuna rolls and I knew it was best I NOT eat anything. Sushi is something this place should NEVER serve. Eat here at your own risk. Maybe the hibachi is safe. However, I'm not willing to ever take that risk. The business stayed busy with outgoing orders. Ok I guess I am gonna be a negative one on this one, and I hate to be the one to be so negative -…read morebut got to be honest with what we experienced. First thing first if a restaurant mentions on their door and their website/Google maps that they are open till 11:30 PM - i totally imagine that they will be open till at least near that time. We were late, but life and baby does not work on a timetable, but knowing that we can still go out and celebrate was important. We reached the restaurant at 10:22 PM and were immediately told last call in 8 minutes. Weird, which restaurant does last call an hour before. Next we were absolutely rushed throughout the dinner. Again, we understand us being late and if the staff needed to leave early, just let us know to come back again and we would have been more than happy to go somewhere else, rather than plate full of food being tried to be cleaned up. Just change the restaurant timing if you cannot abide by your own time, we would not have chosen it as such! Sounds pretty bad to complain about the time when we came in at 10:22 but we came in then BECAUSE their times mentioned they were open for an hour more which any reasonable person would say is enough! Food was extremely mid - having eaten at many MANY sushi restaurants now, and knowing what we get for what we pay for, maybe it was because the staff wanted us gone The Bluefin Tuna sashimi was great, Yellowtail was very mid (like felt "slimy"which is a weird feeling to have when eating sushi lol), my wife obsesses over Salmon and this time she was being very generous to me with her pieces lol. The double pleasure roll was pretty good, but came too late to the story. Ambience is great. Staff was decent, except our server who was hovering hard. I totally understand you want us out of there, but just dont sit anyone if that is the case - dropping 100+ dollars to have that experience does not feel right. I will stop, I always read these reviews and imagine a crumudgeon somewhere angry and writing this, but this is just a warning to anyone who was gonna take a late night dinner option here!

All good there but when my daughter ordered the crème brûlée it came out with lemon ice and lemon topping, she doesn't like lemon. We asked to get the crème brûlée without the lemon on it and the manager said we would need to buy another. I was surprised as we had purchased an appetizer, 4 rolls and a dessert. And had we known that the dessert would have lemon on it we would have declined that combo. Sashimi was tasty, roll options are mostly boring basics. If you want a healthy fresh "fish forward" roll they don't really have it. Tons of fried or cream cheese with crab stick options. That's not really sushi. Edamame was good.

HOWEVER, that recently changed thanks to a new appointment we've recently had change our family schedule, where we end up nearby on certain days, and we've decided to make it a habit to come back by here since it used to be our literal favorite Hibachi spot. Turns out - it still is! It definitely still doesn't get nearly as much attention as it should, but as other Hibachi restaurants have started switching to cheaper menu options like the dreaded switch from the amazing MUSTARD dipping sauce I LOVE, to the horrible white goo that some goober called "Yum Yum" sauce (should be called "Yuck Yuck" in my opinion), Nosoo kept the mustard sauce! They also still have the delicious subtle ultra-thinly-sliced mushroom or "Suimono" soup and didn't switch to cheap overly salty tofu-riddled yellow broth like - again - most other competing local Hibachi restaurants seem to have done. In closing, I'm glad Nosoo is still there, still yummy, and still providing the best overall Hibachi menu out there all these years later. TL;DR - THEY STILL USE THE SUPERIOR MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE AND NOT THE "YUM YUM" GARBAGE!

If you show up with patience and basic decency during peak times, you'll be treated exceptionally well. As for the 1-star reviews posted over Valentine's Day weekend, those lack credibility. Anyone with common sense knows that Valentine's Day is one of the busiest weekends of the year for hibachi restaurants /anywhere/. Judging a restaurant solely on an extreme holiday rush ignores what they consistently deliver the rest of the year. If you want fresh sushi, great hibachi, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place absolutely delivers. Highly recommend through and through.
