On the surface, the magic happening here appears to be the transformation of mundane pieces of fruit into exquisite floral masterpiece lookalikes. But in actuality, their best trick is getting people to pay many many times over the cost of materials for them. Full disclosure, I did not see the final product since I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to the office staff of my son's school. Someone else mentioned getting a photo in their confirmation email but I didn't. However, I trusted that the arrangement was satisfactory since I have been on the receiving end of goods from this particular location before and I was happy every time. The online ordering process was straightforward and user friendly. They even provided a coupon code for a 20% discount which was much appreciated. But, it was so important that the arrangement arrive as early in the day as possible that I called them to stress this after submitting my order. I told the person on the phone that I would prefer a morning or lunch time delivery because the office staff starts to clear out around 3:00 for their dismissal duties. The employee assured me that schools do get deliveries early, so it would not be a problem. Well, the day of the scheduled delivery I got an email at 2:40 that my order had been delivered. So while it was technically before 3:00, it certainly didn't seem to be as early as possible. In fact, it was almost as late as possible. Based on lots of other reviews though, I should probably thank my lucky stars that it arrived at its destination at all. read more

I have received 2 orders from Edible Arrangements in the past and loved them but they did not come from this store. This was actually my first time going into one of their stores and it was underwhelming. I dont even know why they bother to have brick and mortar shops when it seems that most would order online. Due to the nature if the business its very much make to order and they dont keep much ready made product on hand. I came in as i had a $50 gift certificate that i was excited about using and it didnt have any info for me to order online. There were a couple large trays in the cooler and a few pieces of fruit and cupcakes in the display case then they also had non perishable foods and stuffed animals around the shop. The girl that helped me was very friendly and was able to set me up with the rewards program since their website wasnt working for me- you got a free gift with purchase upon joining. They didnt have the full gift with purchase available but she explained it to me and gave me 2 boxes of the apple truffles which i was very satisfied with. The fruit that i took home didnt seem very fresh and had a lot of condensation on it. The apples were the worst, they tasted like nothing. I dont know if its this shop or just what you get when you go into one of their shops. It didn't meet my expectations or line up to my previous experiences. I called ahead to get the salted caramel apple slices and was told to come in and they'd have them available for us. I ordered 2 and when I walked in they said they had 2 whole apples. I didn't want the regular caramel apples. I live 25 mins away and was craving this specific apple treat. There was also another customer in there that needed help and wanted to order something for their mom in another state. They couldn't get the proper help. No one seems to know what they're doing... It is near the local Nothing Bundt Cakes so if you're looking for multiple sweet treats, this location is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. Since it's a chain, they're set up just like most other Edible Arrangement stores. They have a variety of options on display in various ways. With my luck, they had one ready to go and so wanted to buy a few to go, for my husband and son and myself. I ordered a gift for my boss to be delivered on Wednesday, June 7th. The order was never delivered even though I called and was told by the manager, that the order would be delivered. I called early the next morning and was told the manager would call me as there was nothing to indicate an issue with the order and the person I spoke with did not know why it had not gotten to my boss. I waited until early afternoon and called back. I spoke with the manager and was told it would be delivered that day and she would call me when it was delivered. She apologized and said she was going refund my money as this should not have happened. I changed the address and the person told me they may be able to still deliver it that day. they put me on hold for 15 min and never picked back up. All the scary reviews would normally turn me away from a business, but in a pinch I went in and placed an order to be delivered. I don't know what all the complaints are about. Everything was perfect. AJ was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I mean, sure you're paying $80 for fruit. But it's cute fruit. ;) cut in cute shapes and arranged to look like flowers. And they gave me a free sample. Chocolate covered apples... Oh my goodness. Who would've thought they were so yummy?! The delivery was for a family member so I saw it and ate some of it. Expensive and did not follow instructions. I realize that holidays are going to be busy. (No problem, I understand. So I scheduled it for the next day) But I had one simple instruction, for when they did deliver: IT HAD TO BE DELIVERED BY 2 PM. They FAILED to deliver it by that time. In fact, they didn't even call to verify someone would be there to receive it until 1:57 PM. (Sorry, but there is no way they can deliver by then if that's when they called. No Way.) I worked in flower shops, I did delivery there, what I asked for was not unreasonable, especially given the number of days they had in advance to plan. This was poor planning on their end. Update: when they finally delivered it, they did not include the card or the items I paid extra for. I went in to pick up a birthday arrangement. The selection was very slim. There was one arrangement available with very old looking fruit. The lady said it was made yesterday. The fruit was not great quality. Sour strawberries. The chocolate tasted very old like they don't use fresh chocolate everyday. I spent $62 yesterday on choc dipped apples and strawberries and they've barely been touched because they taste horrible. My kids won't even eat them. I may return them. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave Edible Arrangements in FloMo my business. I ordered an arrangement days in advance of an event allowing 36 hours for the delivery to be made. They didn't get the arrangement delivered in time and when I asked if I could have a refund they said no. Their solution is that the recipient could come pick it up (after the event). I thought this was supposed to be a delivery service?! That's what I paid for...I will dispute the charges on my credit card.
