Over the years I've tried a lot of flower shops, and this is by far the best in my opinion. I've gone here exclusively over the last few years for birthdays, anniversaries, valentines, and mother's days. I have never once been disappointed (and more importantly neither has my wife). You can tell that the flower quality is really great. Their delivery has been reliable, but I've also gone inside and was surprised by how many good gifts and cards they have available. Embarrassingly Low Quality Backed by Condescending, Combative Customer Service I paid over $225 (after fees and tip) for what was advertised as a Deluxe bouquet for a death in my family. What arrived was wilted, sparse, and shockingly small--nothing like the lush, elegant arrangement shown online. The quality was cheap, careless, and poorly arranged (see attached pic). Worse than the product was the customer service. When I called to address the issue, I was interrupted, talked over, yelled at, and hung up on. The owner was defensive, dismissive, and aggressively rude. Anyone reading this should take a moment to scroll through the business's responses to negative Google reviews--that alone tells you everything you need to know. Bloom Around will NEVER stand behind their product when there are issues and instead they treat customers with open contempt. Do not trust them with your money or your meaningful moments. read more

I hate sending flowers or plants under these circumstances, but my friend's father recently passed away, and I wanted to express my sympathy. I chose this shop based on the location and reviews. The person that took my order over the phone was very pleasant and patient. I provided her the information needed and she was able to schedule a delivery the same day to Coppell. They have an option to place and schedule an order online, but being a first time customer, I wanted to speak to someone personally. I loved that they texted me a picture of the plant and also confirmation that it was delivered. Not sure if this is part of a new COVID contactless protocol but keep doing it! I was pleased with what was delivered and immediately notified my friend to retrieve it. It was such an easy transaction with great results. I chose them because I could tell the photos on the site were bouquets that they put together and they had great little touches. My husband and I came into Bloom-A-Round at lunch today. We wanted a very special arrangement for a dear friend who was recovering from surgery. While we hoped to get it delivered the same day, I wasn't counting on it happening. We had a picture of an arrangement that we saw on their website. This fit our needs perfectly. Once we got there, I saw they had beautiful peonies. Those flowers are not cheap but I really wanted them in there. Bloom-A-Round said they could get the flowers delivered to Turtle Creek area by 3, that day!! My friend just sent me a picture. I'm thrilled. It's stunning. We also got to take home the arrangement we made and I still cant believe I made this myself!! Also got the best smelling candle for only $15. The florist replaced the flowers without calling to confirm if it was OK. I particular ordered peonies for my friend because it was her most favorite flower and was replaced with chrysanthemum. The color of arrangement of the time I ordered was bright pink and white (happy) and the actual delivered arrangement was dusty orange (sad). I called the florist and she did not offer a viable solution to replace the arrangement that matches the photo online, instead she asked me to have my friend leave arrangement outside for her shop to retrieve it. Really? It was supposed to be a happy occasion but it turned out to be a great disappointment being deceived with poor customer service. I do not recommend this florist. read more
