My brother has been using this establishment for quite a few years. He typically orders arrangements for our Mom's birthday. She received an arrangement today, and the stems of the strawberries were brown and gray. My Mom (English is not her first language) contacted the store, they told her to send a picture in. She's 72 years old and not tech savvy, however, I was able to walk her through texting the picture to me and the store. I happen to know an employee who works at this establishment, so I reached out to them. They admitted that they received the photo from their boss, they discussed it and they concluded (1) it's a potential scam (2) there was nothing wrong with brown and gray strawberry stems. I CONFIRMED it was indeed NOT a scam, and I was offered a new arrangement for tomorrow. Today is my Mom's birthday. Today. My brother paid for the arrangement and delivery for today, since he lives out of state. Apparently, it's corporate policy to not issue refunds, but instead issue store credit. Why would my family want store credit when the boss and another individual have to compare and contrast their thoughts on if the arrangement looked bad, in their opinion? I was assured the produce was purchased today, and that's fine. However, the produce purchased was definitely not the best quality. It happens, but to know that this is how business is conducted there is completely unacceptable. Edit to Add: A friend of mine reached out to me last night with her experience. She had an edible arrangement sent to her last Thursday. She shared that her arrangement had bananas that she could poke her finger through. Do not order from this business. I ordered a same day delivery for a sick colleague & they were dishonest about delivery attempts. When I called on 3 occasions to inquire why my delivery had not been made, the office manager said that her computer said they had attempted( one of the alleged times completely contradicted what another employee had said). After 3 days of frustration & them still not delivering the arrangement, I asked for a refund & the office manager refused & said it was company policy to give me a credit. Why in the world would I ever order from them again? They can't deliver to an patient that is non mobile. I have always enjoyed ordering Edible arrangements from other locations; however, I will never order from this FWB store. The only issue I had and it was not a big deal was that the driver apparently got stuck in traffic and couldn't deliver it on the day we agreed to. I've never been more appalled at a lack of service in my entire life. After paying $90 for an arrangement, I was informed that the delivery wouldn't arrive because the driver "didn't have time." This was a birthday gift for a military spouse from her currently-deployed husband, and I live out of state so I couldn't go to the store and pick it up myself. They did absolutely nothing to make it right, were unreachable by phone and email, and made their driver scheduling problem into my problem. They let down a military family, and didn't provide the service I paid for. DO NOT give them your business. read more

This place is absolutely corrupt and criminal. I ordered a $90 gift to be delivered to my mom and aunt on Mother's Day. It never arrived and I didn't hear anything from the company. I called the next day and talked to a woman who seemed to be the owner. She said that 60 orders had not gotten delivered that day because they got too many orders--more than they could handle. She asked if it could be delivered that week. I told her that it couldn't because my uncle was in the hospital two hours away and both my mom and aunt go together to see him every week day. The chocolates would melt outside with no one home. I asked for a refund. She was practically yelling at me about how stressful this all was for her and being super short and aggressive. She told me their policy is that they can only refund you half on a canceled order and legit hung up on me before I could even respond. She sent half back to my card, $45. The thing is it wasn't a canceled ordered by me. They are the ones who canceled the order by not being able to fulfill it on the day it was booked for and therefore owe me a full refund at minimum for the inconvenience. It's not my problem that they can't run their business and take on an appropriate amount of orders. They ought to be reported to the BBB for thievery. This is a disgusting way to treat your customers. Shame on that neurotic woman. read more

Very fast and efficient. I bought a gift for a friend. I later found I gave the wrong delivery address which was quite a bit from where it actually needed to be delivered. This place is horrible. I had an arrangement sent to me as a surprise. I was at work when the delivery driver got to my house. I asked him to leave it and me said he couldn't do that which I totally understand. I told him I would pick it up on my way home from work. I got to the store at 6:30 and the door was locked. They should have waited to deliver on Monday being it was for the office and wasn't delivered until 5:30 pm. I have ordered many times before, but never again! I ordered an arrangement from the store in FWB, Fl. It looked too big to be in the container it was in and when I got it home you couldn't sit it on the table without it falling over. I called the store and asked if they could put it in a bigger container. They told me the container they had, that was only 3 inches larger, would be to big, but they had a box they could put it in. Well, I took it back because I noticed some of the sticks sticking out of the bag. When I got there, the employee said the foam was coming out and that's why it wouldn't sit level. When I took it to my Pastor's wife for her birthday, it wouldn't even sit level in the box. They put too much fruit into too small of a container & didn't want to fix the problem. read more

Waste of time and money! I ordered flowers and strawberries for my wife for Valentines day {2\14\2022).  The manager called me at 6pm on Valentines Day to tell me they didn't have enough drivers.  She said that they would refund a portion of my money and deliver the gift first thing in the morning on 2/15/2022.  The next day I attempted multiple times to call the number they have listed which is a call center but was not able to speak with anyone after being placed on hold for 30+ minutes.  No delivery arrived in the morning and my wife was only able to stay at the delivery location until 1pmdue to an appointment.  They attempted a delivery that afternoon.  I called the number listed and stated I want to cancel and I wanted a full refund.  The customer service rep said the store had 24 hours to contact me before that would happen.  After 24 hours no attempts were made to contact me, so I called back and received the same answer, that I could do nothing until the store called me.  It has been well beyond 24 hours and I have not received a phone call or a partial refund the manager said she would provide.  There customer service is severely lacking and its clear they make no attempts to resolve issues read more

Made delivery on time but fruit is old. It was clearly cut several days ago. Pineapple is dark, soggy and sad looking. Strawberries - too dark, too soft, one had mold on it and most have moisture that had already leaked through chocolate. Half are rotten. Green tops are dark and limp. Apples show where they were punctured for dipping and the skin is brown and discoloring. Horrible!!!! I am living in California- but on Father's Day I wanted to send my dad an edible arrangement in Valparaiso FL. Ordering online was easy, and my dad said it was delicious. The icing on top was that the young lady who delivered it to my dad was kind enough to walk it into his house and put it in the fridge when he was working under his car. This small gesture meant a lot since my dad has a hard time with mobility (walking especially) since he has MS. It would have taken him a minute to get inside himself..Thank you so much! read more

I was not home at the time my edible arrangement was attempted to be delivered. It was to be a gift from my son. I called the number the next day and we arranged to have it redelivered. They were to call first and the person on the phone saying d she would " leave a note" for the driver. No call, no attempt to deliver. Monday came again no call or attempt to deliver. I called on Tuesday and was told that would deliver at 3pm and that there were no notes regarding the previous week. 3pm came nothing. 337pm came I called again. Christa answered and said the note said after 3pm. This was not discussed with me. I explained the issue. Christa was curt on the phone and didn't seem to really care that my gift my son paid for who lives out of town was still sitting in their establishment a week later. Really ridiculous. I placed an order MONDAY online to deliver on Father's day TODAY since I live in Georgia. I called to make sure my delivery was still in place and to see the status of the arrangement. The person who I talked to told me the arrangement was ready and they were just waiting on the delivery guy to come and deliver the gifts. Yes I know it is a major holiday with high volumes, but this is REALLY UNACCEPTABLE! My uncle and aunt were home all day waiting on the delivery as I checked and told them it is "OUT FOR DELIVERY". Couple hours later checked to see if they received it, they said they didn't. Then I checked again, it says "DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL." SERIOUSLY? Where is the promise of your "same day delivery"? If you cannot make it, then you should let people know. For crying out loud I gave you guys a few days ahead to know the placement and also requested to deliver early despite THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. They were absolutely some of the best strawberries that I have seen and she has tasted. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the order. Horrible customer service! I paid $70.00 for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day. It was bad enough that they wouldn't even give you a window of time to expect the delivery, but after we stayed at home all day so as not to miss the delivery, the person came and DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK ON THE DOOR! The whole family was in the living room right by the door so there is NO WAY we didn't hear the knock at the door let alone the door bell. When I called the business to tell them that we haven't left the house all day, all I got from Caitlyn who answered the phone was excuses and complaints about how busy they've been all day! She even said WE must not have heard the knock at the door after we stayed home all day just for that delivery! Needless to say I will NEVER patronize this business again! WAY over-priced with horrible customer service! Your customers don't care how busy you are! If you can't handle the business, don't be greedy. Turn the business you can't handle away!
