Cute little coffee shop with a lovely back patio! I could easily pull up a seat back there and sit for a while (if I hadn't been headed to the beach!). The Americano I ordered was strong and hot - perfect! Plus it was really affordable. Definitely a contender for my morning coffee when visiting Fort Walton Beach!

I got the matcha and it was so good! It is hard to come by great quality matcha prepared correctly, but they are killing it! I love the outdoor seating area it's so cute! The barista was also so friendly! I will be back (:

Great coffee and great service. There were no reviews yet even though they've been open for 16-years! Hidden gem for sure!

I typically read the reviews but didn't this time. I saw the place online, drove 14 miles from SRB,…read moreand thought "no way they could disappoint ". As a local and I want to support local businesses when their quality matches (or exceeds) my expectations - no charities! When you walk in, you truly get the sense that you are visiting an authentic bagel place. Big fluffy bagels on the wall. Plenty of smear options. Friendly, attentive staff. Good number of customers inside. I purchased two of the same sandwich for a total of $30 - everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. They both looked identical to the photos I posted (this one was mine). Here's my review... The bagels were hard as if they were "day old" (we purchased at 10am). The eggs appear to be premade. The portion of bacon and cheese was strikingly minimal. A sandwich that cost this much should have the contents flowing out of the bagel as in their examples when you walk in (my opinion). I treasure the money I earn and nothing upsets me more than paying too much for something this bad. I've never paid this much for a similar style bagel at an airport - and it's always better than this. I literally finished the bagel and said to my wife afterward... "that was the most difficult bagel sandwich I've ever eaten". I don't waste food. I don't share these details to be mean or malicious to the owners of this establishment. They just need to do better. As a consumer, I have to make the choices that are best for me and my family. And, when I had a more fulfilling Jersey Mikes sandwich yesterday for $10, it makes it easy to never come back. Please work on your product. Destin needs a good authentic bagel place. You could be it - your only competition is Panera.

I had to download yelp simply so I could leave a review about this awful experience. I can't fathom…read morewhy two bagels that taste like it was made last week along with premade eggs and sausage would possibly cost $40. I arrived at 8 am so I wouldn't imagine the bagels had been sitting long if they were freshly made. On top of that, when I opened my bagel you can imagine my shock when I find that my sausage patty barely covers more than 1/4 of my bagel. Furthermore, my order was supposed to consist of egg whites and mine contained full yolk. This place is an absolute scam, please save your time and money and get food anywhere else.

Best bagel in Pensacola. Full stop…read more If you are along the water and looking for a breakfast spot, then Bagelheads may be your jam. Bagels and pastries of so many kinds plus phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and so much more. Almost everyone loves a good bagel, and they even have some gluten-free options (with some qualifiers). You can get a number of cream cheese options or other toppings, and their lox has that phenomenal smoked flavor. The Lox Works, complete with cream cheese & capers, can be done on your choice of bagel. In fact, any of the breakfast sandwiches can be done how you want it, and there are literally a million combinations. There's plenty of seating inside & even outside, so you can enjoy the view of the placid gulf as it laps up to Pensacola Beach while enjoying your breakfast. Bagelheads even offers their own roast coffee blend, called 'Mac Daddy', and it's a very robust cup of coffee. Self-serve coffee runs you $3.50 & you can get a dozen assorted bagels to go for $20, which will make whomever you bestow them upon very happy. You can even drive-through! Great local small business with an outstanding offering, great service, and a great brand.

I swore after seeing the bugs…read moreand dirt that I'd never return, but lo and behold figured I'd give it another try after the "revamp." Spoiler alert...just as bad!!! Bad doesn't even begin to describe this place. Want to see the dumbing down of America on full display...just come here to watch the employees in action. Ever wondered what food service looks like without management...again, have a look here. In a tale as old as time, order was misplaced, food was cold, and no shits by the staff (other than a piss poor attitude) were given. 20 minutes for cold egg bites and a toasted bagel (that wasn't toasted) with butter (not melted), all for only having 2 people order in front of me. Coffee urns are never changed out, and always empty and/or cold. The only this they're able to do consistently well is to turn the iPad around when paying and expect a tip! Save yourself the time, trouble and money...GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! There are too many good eating establishments in this town to continue supporting this miserable, pathetic excuse of an eatery. It used to be great, but has changed for the worse.

My son and I check out of our hotel and needed spot to for breakfast. Our target? A charming little…read morecafé that looked like it had big dreams and about 85% of the throw pillows to prove it. We grabbed seats at the bar--prime real estate for both people-watching and silent negotiations with the universe about how long coffee should take to arrive. The menu got a thorough inspection while we waited. And waited. Not a hostile wait. More like... a polite standoff between us and the concept of service. Eventually, victory. Orders placed. I went all in: biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs over easy, maple bacon--the kind of breakfast that doesn't whisper "good morning," it kicks the door in and demands respect. My son went classic with French toast and sausage, a choice that says, "I trust the fundamentals." Now, let's talk ambiance. Coffee in paper cups. Not a dealbreaker, but it does send a subtle message: "We're still figuring some things out." The interior felt like a Pinterest board mid-argument--close, but not quite ready for the reveal episode. Service? Nice. Professional. Also slightly resembling a live-action game of pinball. Our waitress was great, but the overall flow had a certain freestyle jazz quality--improvised, energetic, and occasionally confusing. Refills were more of a "self-reflection exercise" than an offered service, so ordering extra water was a tactical masterstroke. But then... the food arrived. And just like that, all sins were forgiven. That biscuit and sausage gravy? Absolute bullseye. The kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite and question whether your childhood memories have been quietly outperformed. It didn't just taste homemade--it tasted like someone's mom was in the back, judging everyone and getting it right. The French toast held its own--golden, solid, no nonsense. Exactly what it needed to be. So here's the deal: the service may have been running a little behind the breakfast parade, but the food? Leading the band, confetti cannon and all. Final verdict: 4 stars. Not because it couldn't be 5--but because it's this close. Tighten up the service, ditch the paper cups, finish decorating like you mean it, and you've got a heavyweight contender. Until then, it remains a gem--slightly unpolished, but absolutely worth the stop.
