My husband and I received an arrangement from Edible Arrangements in Porter Place, Grand Blanc, MI. It was a total surprise sent from a friend in Pennsylvania. It was delivered in perfect condition and was very frest and tasty. I called the store because I could not find the arrangement on their website and was told that it was the "Orange Citrus Blossom" arrangement. I did not see this on their page so maybe it was especially put together. I noticed a lot of negative comments for this business. Happy birthday, Dad...two days too late! I ordered a $75.00 arrangement to be delivered on my dad's birthday, August 22. At 1:00 pm on the 22nd, I received an automated, generic e-mail that said they were unable to deliver as scheduled. No communication at all on the 23rd. Then, today--the 24th--my dad called to say it was delivered at 5:00 pm. No one called him to schedule an initial delivery time OR an alternative delivery time, even though I provided his cell phone number. No one called me to ask about alternative arrangements (my sister lives next door and could've walked over to sign for delivery, if my dad wasn't home). Nothing. Not bother ordering from here. I have been ordering from Edible Arrangements all over the country for years and this franchise is the worst. I order for my father-in-laws 75th birthday. He did not receive the arrangement on his birthday. I called the store the day after and I was told that they tried to deliver but he was not home and that they tried to call twice. I had dinner with him that evening and I know he was home and I checked his phone and there was not missed calls. They lied. The arrangement was delivered the next day after I called. He received a "Mothers Day" balloon instead of a "Happy Birthday" balloon even though the card clearly stated "Happy 75th Birthday!" I called today to complain, I was asked if I wanted another balloon and some more fruit. I told him no just to refund the balloon and I felt it was fair to refund the delivery charge. If i could select no stars I would. This is one of the worse companies I have ever had to deal with. I ordered several large orders from them (over 4 baskets at once) and the fruit ALWAYS molds within 2 days. When I called to replace NOT refund they declined to help. I had the same issue in a different state! and the response was the same,it to was some what of a large order (3 baskets with a box of strawberries). Don't use this company. They are scam artists. If you want a refund, calling corporate will do no good. I used them for a party and the arrangement arrived much later than it should have and looked like garbage. It was awful and it looked like something had been recycled. It could have been a rejected order. I don't know. I was embarrassed and tried calling the store. They don't like talking to angry customers and treated me like I was an annoyance. I was hung up on. Whoever answered the phone was cold and acted like I was a complainer. I rarely complain about bad service but when I do, I want to be treated with respect. That didn't happen and I got really mad. I called another store and they gave me the runaround. No refund. I won't ever use this company again. Don't get duped. They are a ripoff. read more

We have ordered from this location many, many times. Their product is always fresh, and their staff is is good as it gets....friendly, detailed, willing to go the extra mile. The owner is there frequently and it is obvious that she hand selects her employees and sets high expectations and is a great example for the young people working for her. Over two weeks ago, I ordered from edible arrangements to be delivered yesterday September 19th, 2015 simply because they don't deliver on Sundays. I requested it be delivered before noon due to the fact that my husband and I had plans. I also requested a card telling my husband happy anniversary. At 1pm I called and they said they were on their way. I said okay and that they were already an hour late. I called again at 3pm and they said they were only about 20 minutes away now. We live in Mount Morris, we're only 20 minutes from Grand blank as it is. I called a third time and they didn't have an excuse except to say there were other customers ahead of me. After 6pm my husband finally called and told them they had spoken to me throughout the day and that he wasn't happy that they were forcing us to wait on them and that he wanted a refund for the over $200 we spent to have a beautiful fruit bouquet for our very first wedding anniversary. The man on the phone tried to tell me husband that I had only called one time less than an hour before. My husband called him a liar told him that he had been sitting right next to me every time he called, and then promptly hung up. The delivery truck showed up then, we signed and got our basket. We put it in the fridge for our anniversary and then went out with his family like we were supposed to have done hours before. This morning (our anniversary) September 20, 2015, I get the basket out of the fridge and begin the tedious process of getting the wrapping open. I pull the tag off and notice that the card I paid to have typed out, isn't there. Okay whatever I can deal with that. I open the basket and my husband I start plucking up fruit to eat and notice EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FRUIT IS ROTTEN. Not just one or two. Every single piece. We start breaking open the chocolate. The apples, the bananas and the strawberries are all completely rotten. Even the strawberries without chocolate have mold on them and are completely squishy. My husband found hairs embedded in the chocolate. Needless to say, we will not only be taking our business elsewhere but we have informed the health department. Thanks for making our first wedding anniversary a bad experience dipshits. I'm sad my mother won't be getting anymore baskets for her birthday. TERRIBLE!!!!!! Never delivered my arrangment! Talked to the manager twice they the day of delivery and she assured me that "It was on it way". When it never showed i called that next day. She blamed me and told me that they called the day before; they never called. On top of that, they did not call to ask what to do with the, already paid for, arragment. They were just going to keep the money and never call or deliver. TERRIBLE MANEGMENT!!!! Stephanie never apoligized for not delivering the arragment, just insisted that it was my fault. They do not back up their claim to deliver to a business before 5pm. RUDE STAFF TERRIBLE MANAGMENT!!!!!! Never will do business there again. Completley ruined my Valentines Day surprise. read more

Then they called and said I had changed my pickup from 10am to after 2pm. Outright lie. This franchise absolutely has the worst customer service. I ordered an arraignment to be delivered on Monday, February 16, 2015 for my parents' anniversary. As evening approached and I never received word from them about the delivery, I got anxious and upset. I asked my mom to check outside for any boxes. Nothing. I called the store Tuesday morning and for the first time, discovered that they could not deliver because no one was home. I never received any notice or call to see if alternative delivery or a different phone number could be used for them. The woman on the phone assured me it would be delivered today. I had to call back twice find out where the deliver was and when it would be delivered. The woman on the phone seems annoyed and not interested in helping me, but then offered to call her driver to see where he was. It's now 5:00 EST and he is apparently going to deliver the package in 20 minutes. What was supposed to be an easy process and a nice gift, has turned into a huge mess - all due to the lack of communication and poor customer service from this establishment. I will never use them or Edible Arraignments again. When I called the 1-800 number to complain, they seem just as annoyed and disinterested. I'm going back to regular flowers.
