If I could give this business 0 I would. i ordered a perishable gift item for delivery. The delivery person just put the item on the stoop, didn't even attempt to ring the doorbell. Edibles did add a very healthy tip on my order. The perishable arrangement was left outside for several hours because no one knew it was there. Obviously , the food was spoiled and inedible. This was a surprise birthday gift. The store would only offer a redo, which was unacceptable as this was a birthday gift and the birthday surprise passed. The person I dealt with said the manager would contact me. The manager, nor anyone else, did and this was March 10. i will never order from "Edibles" because the item they left on the stoop was totally inedible. read more

The manager (Matilda?) Is so very rude and unprofessional. I placed an ordered for my sick aunt early in the morning online .. it arrived late at night by an uber driver who left it outside, my aunt didn't know who it was so did not open the door as it was dark out , it stayed outside and froze . The manager said it was not their problem and hung up on me . Soo rude and disappointing. read more

My hubby just got me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries from here and some blueberry truffles for our daughter. So fresh and delicious!! He said the customer service when he went in to place the order was so good, he joined the loyalty program. Great news for me.... It only took 6 years to train him to get me strawberries instead of flowers for our anniversary. When we went to pick them up, late afternoon, the owner helped us and was super sweet offering samples and was excited to tell us they were slowly going to be expanding their offerings at this location. We are thrilled, where we moved from had a location with smoothies and other goodies - we're thrilled. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This was the worst edible arrangement we ever received. It was not fresh at all. Fruit was all rotten and lacked taste. It looks like it someone made it days ago and forgot about it. You know the fruit is bad when my child even says yuck and spits it out. We have received numerous arrangements from this location in the past and never had an issue. I feel sorry for the person that sent it to us because they wasted all this money for nothing. Sad to say the arrangement went in the garbage because it was not edible. read more

This is the third year in a row that I have used Edible Arrangements from this location. Its fantastic. I live in Los Angeles and send stuff to my parents every year and not only is it incredible fresh, its delivered early in the morning and my mom says it tastes great. Had some trouble getting something delivered for Mom's Day. Didn't now the mom-n-law was away for an extended vacation. The folks at Edible Arrangements said, "no problem, we'll just deliver this when she finally gets home." This after making something and taking it to her empty home. Then, when she did get back, we still had trouble getting it to her. Again, "no problem, we'll do whatever it takes." Wow, not use to this kind of service anymore. And, she loved the arrangement!! I called and ordered my son an Edible arrangements for his Birthday , since I couldn't be with him. I knew he would need to receive before Noon-ish because he wouldn't be around after that, so when I called to order I said " I would like to order an arrangement for my son, I would like it to be delivered in the morning." everything fine and dandy until 1:00 rolled around and it didn't show, so I called and spoke to Debbie, she informed me that she was the owner and I explained the situation, she then informed me that I never requested a certain time because it didn't say so in the computer. I never got a sorry let me check into this, instead I got huffing and puffing and in her defense she did try to remedy the issue, but she was so rude and condescending. So since the delivery wasn't going to get there in time, she started to ask me about my families plans, she asked me "well isn't your son in school?, where are they going?, are they going to be anywhere near the store?, then they could just pick it up." I was uphauled , I couldn't believe this person was a business owner, she should be embarrassed . So, not only did she ask me if my sons Grandma could swing by and pick it up , she spoke to me as if the whole situation was my fault. and made several other suggestions before I asked for a refund. I can't tell you how devastated I was , i just wanted my 9 year old son to get an edible arrangement because he thinks the are cool, and I was so excited to be able to do that for him until I had to deal with Debbie. I will also be making a call to corporate, it is unbelievable to me that this person is allowed to represent a place like edible arrangements., FYI - it takes a lot for me to get angry and I don't think I have been this angry in a while, I would never write anything negative unless it warranted. I ordered a large arrangement and stuffed animal for a co-worker and scheduled to have it delivered. When it arrived, the arrangement looked more small than large and the stuffed animal was missing. I called the store to inquire about the size and was told to text a picture to the owner, Debbie. She informed me that the size was correct, but stated that I could come and pick up the stuffed animal. I informed her that I would not be picking up the stuffed animal and asked her to have it delivered, since that is what I paid for. She stated that she had "about 100 other deliveries today" and scoffed at trying to come back out. I informed her that had the stuffed animal been delivered the first time, they would not have to make a second trip. Hours later she had the stuffed animal delivered, but not after providing terrible customer service. She was very condescending and rude over the phone and we will not be ordering from this location again. read more
