Everyone who works there is so sweet and helpful and I've even been able to try a sample or few ;) when they aren't busy. My faves are cold brew coffee caramel, PB whiskey truffle, lime gin gimlet (my husband's favorite), kalamansi margarita, and marshmallow fluff. It's very obvious they take a lot of time and effort to get each flavor perfect and design each one. I love the balance in each chocolate. For the Christmas season my kids loved the hot cocoa snowman and dark chocolate mint reindeer. The black forest was also delicious. One time my husband bought me the 50 piece assortment and I was in heaven. For Valentine's Day and Easter they do even more new flavors. I just happened to stop in the shop with my husband to get some chocolates when the owner Elyissia was in (I only know this now because I heard her tell someone else her name. She was so sweet and I could see she takes pride in everything her shop creates.) We got a sneak taste of this year's new Valentine's flavors and let me tell you, you are going to want to grab several of each one, they were to die for! Really hoping some make it into regular rotation, flavors I've never seen anywhere else. The quality and service is by far the best in the World. I know this because I professionally have eaten the World's chocolate. When we first met they had supplied chocolates for the major airports in the USA NY Kennedy, Washington DC Dulles, Chicago O'Hare, Detroit,Miami and border shops on the USA side of Canada and Mexico. This is a family owned business so the owner himself worked with me and gave out samples of chocolates to passengers every Friday out of Kennedy airport in NY. Who does that?! Nobody I can tell you but them. Now years later we meet again but now they have chocolates being made in Napa with the finest Beligium chocolates. They even have a chocolatier from France. So they have delicious chocolate truffles as well as turndowns. They represent the best cruiselines, hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. I have had the good fortune of having many a private tour here and in my professional opinion it is the best.
