They cancelled my Mother's Day delivery to my mom at the last minute and didn't even bother to contact me with an explanation, a solution, or an apology. I just happened to notice in my checking account -- on delivery day -- that a refund had been initiated. When I called the corporate office, the customer service rep told me I "couldn't" call the store directly because it was not an actual Edible Arrangements store, but that the rep would open a ticket for me and "someone" would look into it. So, if anyone is actually tracking this review, my ticket number is 172829. Have at it! I'm done with EA. We personally had a good pick up experience here. Received an arrangement as well as gourmet popcorn, balloons, chocolates and cookies. The fruit was pretty good but better than that were the cookies! They were soft and each flavor was delicious. Honestly couldn't choose a favorite. The only thing preventing a perfect rating for me is the fact that the giver selected the lemonade popcorn but they were out when the order was picked up and another flavor had to be selected. Unfortunately none of the other flavors really seemed appealing. It wasn't enough to deter recommending them. The overall experience was wonderful! read more

I placed an order feb 6 received call from the manager stating she didn't have container for that arrangement balloon was to be included in this order and offered fruit,strawberries and pineapple as well as brownies and cheesecake board I agree. Had order for son in Alabama I am in Tennessee. On Valentines Day I waited till two cst hadn't heard he had got delivery. I call edible in mobile Al where the order was placed she at this point tells me she don't have helium for balloons or brownies or cheesecake and wants to give me a refund. It's Valentine's Day what am I to do at this point..... I tell her to put together something and I repeatedly ask why nobody had called and she says she is trying to figure it out. She then tells me she will try to get it delivered before he gets off, then it gets delivered in a plain white mug from the dollar tree and I get 25$ refund. This is ridiculous, I have always ordered from the one in Daphne Al and never had an issue. This was the first and last time for using Mobile Al edible arrangements. read more

I I failed to take a picture from the original delivery. . I just went through my trashcan for the receipt to verify that I got my edibles bouquet from the Mobile location after coming here and reading these reviews. Yesterday was my birthday and my sweet friend ordered a bouquet of flowers and a bouquet of yummy. It was delivered in the early afternoon. It was package for freshness. The flowers and the food bouquet look festive and fresh. It was too tall for my refrigerator so I disassembled it and giggled that everything was stabbed into a head of lettuce, covered with kale. this morning I arranged the flowers in a vase. They were all beautiful and fresh. The arrangement was very tastefully done. I had never received an edible arrangement so for me it was an extra special experience. From my experience as a recipient, I would highly highly highly recommend what I received!!!! I was only slightly disappointed when I bit into the gorgeous chocolate dipped cookie to find out it was pineapple. read more

Completely ruined Valentines Day. Placed the order in plenty of time (9) days prior . First I was told they didn't have the correct goods to complete the original order . Then they said they would upgrade the order and no extra cost . Then they said unfortunately we can't deliver your order at all but you can come pick it up . I work 2 hrs from Mobile mind you , this place is a joke and I will never use them again . Can't rate this business any lower than a 1 or else I would . Terrible business practices , stay away !!!!! I tried giving them another chance to deliver order the next day and they delivered order at night and didn't include card I purchased with order. Stopped in to pick up an arrangement for my Dad and Step-Mom's joint birthday celebrations. I ordered on line but had to go in to pickup (apparently they don't deliver to some parts of the city). Although the problem could be the fault of the delivery driver who may not work directly for Edible Arrangements, the driver did not deliver until Saturday night. Most humans know that hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice facilities would have only skelton crews after day shift ends, especially on weekends. A gift for the hardworking; special, and under appreciated caregivers should have been delivered in the daytime and not in the evening of the second day. read more

Well my experience was absolutely amazing. I wouldn't change a thing. I was met with nothing but smiles. I dropped in to get my sick and in the hospital ma in-law , which it was her birthday too, a small arrangement and it was perfect. The only people who could care less about this particular store than the managers are the owners of this franchise. I have been a patron of this brand for some time at this store and in other places, but I can never give this store another dime of my money. IF and that's a big IF they manage to get your order completed and delivered; the product is usually quite good. It's the poor planning leading up to major events and holidays they just can't seem to get right. Lots of excuses, lots of blame on the vendors, etc. but BOTTOM LINE; management is not planning accordingly. Valentines Day 2019 was a fiasco with people waiting over 3 hours for orders placed weeks in advance! Top excuses were frozen fruit and a late truck, but they only had three people in the back. Draw your own conclusions. We missed our dinner reservations and they really could have cared less. I'm so disappointed. I understand to some people this is just fancy fruit, but to a long distance couple, it means more. I ordered my boyfriend a bouquet of edible arrangements, I was given the choice as to when I wanted it delivered, I marked that I wanted it delivered in the afternoon. It was around 6pm Mobile time and I still hadn't heard a peep about the surprise, so I called, the lady who answered the phone was very nice, but she told me it would be delivered around 6:30pm (even though I marked for the afternoon) well 7pm rolls around and he told me his neighbor received a noticed that they were there and left a slip stating he had a package....the delivery person didn't even go to the right house!!! So my surprise was ruined! I paid an additional $14 to have it delivered, it wasn't delivered on time, it wasn't delivered to the right address, had it been, he would have received it. Like I said, to others, this isn't a big deal, but it is when all we have are little moments, little surprises...and when you pay EIGHTY SOME DOLLARS!!! You'd expect it to be there, on time, instead of ruining surprises. That will be the last time I order from edible arrangements. read more

The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Order not delivered as promised even though they had ample days, to get it delivered. Called the store and got put on hold for over 15 minutes with no one coming back to the phone. Called customer service, they said they were sorry, but I needed to keep trying to call the store. Called the store again and was told they would check on it and call me back. Still have not heard back from them and its been about an hour. May not sound like a big deal to most, but it was a Mother's Day gift for my elderly mother that I am over 500 miles away from. The store is less than 5 miles from where it was to be delivered. I know I am not the only customer they have, but from my way of thinking, a company should do what they promise if they respect their customers at all. read more

I have never had any problems with any Edible Arrangements location except this one. After waiting in line on Valentine's Day for almost TWO hours for an order I had placed online, I finally had to leave and get a different V Day present. Nobody ever came outside to give updates or give reasons for anything. People who had previously ordered days before were coming out saying their order wasn't even done! It was so disorganized and confusing, and NOBODY was coming out happy. I would personally like my money back, but the only thing we got was management sending a letter a week later saying they were "sooooo sorry" (actual quote, which shows how "professional" they are). They should have had a line for order pick-ups, and then a different line for people last minute ordering. Or they could have at least had someone come out and explain whatever the heck was going on inside the store. Very disappointed and I was definitely not the only one. read more

I received a delivery today (after having to call the store and inquire about the package after I found a note on the door that indicated a delivery was attempted. I was never called about this) from my husband through Edible Arrangements. Upon greeting the driver at the door, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Once I brought the package inside, it became even stronger. I now have to remove all of the fruit from the package and get rid of everything from the driver. Sadly, this includes the note from my husband (who is unable to be here because of military orders) because the entire package reeks of smoke. In fact, my hands smell terribly because of the smoke. There is an expectation of cleanliness when ordering edible items from a company. I am disappointed that the company allows their drivers to smoke in the cars where they transport packages. I don't even want to eat the fruit inside of the package because of the smell. read more
