I had a really bad experience with an Edible Arrangement company from another state and as a consolation for that really bad service, their corporate office arranged to make it up to me by sending an arrangement from Edibles in Monroe NY. This location sent me an AWESOME arrangement. The fruit was very fresh, sweet and tasty. They honored my request for white chocolate dipped strawberries as well and that made me so very happy. The delivery went fine and my family who received the arrangement loved it. They said the fruit was very fresh and tasted great. They also said the delivery person was very cautious and wore a mask. I had order an arrangement for the first time online. I was unsure of how it all worked and at the end of the day I realized my arrangement never got delivered to its destination. By this time, the store was closed. I called first thing in the morning and the girl who answered the phone had trouble finding my order. She had put her manager on and her manager was quickly able to figure out what happened and explained the delivery address was for a different stores route. She had switched the delivery to that store and called them and asked to have it go out with the first deliveries. After it was delivered this lovely women called and left me a voicemail saying it was delivered! What excellent customer service!!! I received an arrangement for Mother's Day from my daughter delivered by the Monroe location. She spent a lot of money on it. When it came all the strawberries were terrible. They were all mushy. I wrote to the corporate office who quickly responded and sent my email to the manager at the Monroe location. They did nothing about it, they did not even contact me. Very disappointing. Obviously they do not stand by their product. The arrangements are not cheap. It was a total waste of money. read more

I have purchased several small arrangements for gifts, and even for myself. I have primarily ordered the chocolate covered fruits, which are absolutely delicious! They look really pretty and make a nice impression. On my last order however, the sizes of the fruit were different from each other, and I thought that was odd. Some pieces were tremendous and some were small. I thought their reputation was about consistency. Everything tasted great tho, so I didn't complain. read more

I placed 5 orders on Valentine's Day 2017 with three different franchises fulfilling my orders. The Monroe franchise was the only store that fulfilled the order on the date promised. Beautifully arranged and packaged! And, this on top of the store being ROBBED that day! I will always use the Monroe Edible Arrangements for future deliveries. We ordered an "Our Condolences" arrangement for Sat Sept 12. I called twice (Friday, late afternoon) to make sure the order delivery time and the contact information was correct. We left a specific time frame for delivery as the family would be out at the funeral until after 3. We also left our phone number and the recipients' phone number. Edible Arrangements did not deliver when we requested and did not contact us via phone when they failed to make delivery (in fact no contact was made until 24 hours AFTER the delivery was supposed to have happened). The day AFTER the funeral when the guests had all departed, we got a phone call that our $210 arrangement had still not been delivered. We should have been refunded the $210 for the arrangement. Instead they offered to redeliver (old fruit, a day late AFTER the party) Unacceptable customer service. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

My family received an arrangement as a condolence present and I feel sorry that the senders wasted their money. Believe me, we all appreciated the sentiment behind the present and I know the senders had no way of knowing just what the final product would be like (and they had no idea there would be a surcharge because the destination is "on a hill.") The vase was fine and I've put that to good use since. But the fruits? Every single piece was hard, dry, and tasteless. You can't even use the excuse that some fruits were out of season because I'd picked up much better (and cheaper) fruits from local stores that week. As family member noted, the fruit might as well have been made out of the same plastic as the sticks it was presented on. It's the thought that counts, but I'd never order from Edible Arrangements. read more
