Kids seemed to enjoy the ice cream but make sure one of your kids doesn't need to use the restroom. They won't let you use theirs no matter what. She blames it on covid (what is this 2020!?!) but I think she just likes having her own private bathroom. read more

I love their ice cream! Love the ambiance & service is amazing!! The owner is terrific and I've seen her such sweet things for customers!! The girls working there are phenomenal and know their stuff!! If you're not happy, they fix it!! Most are going off to college so I always give a tip!! They deserve it. I've yet to have a worker who wasn't polite and helpful!! They have outside tables with umbrellas to eat at which is so nice!! The kids can run around on the side a little! I'd recommend to anyone & we frequent Suzie's often! I've had employees that have been working there for a few years and could tell me my order without saying anything!!! I watched one employee know this older couple, you could tell their regulars & this girl was so kind and sweet to them! She put the umbrella up bc it was raining earlier and all the chairs were dried off & she immediately opened all umbrellas after giving them their order!! The owner hires super sweet employees who know what they're doing!! Their Ice cream is the best & I love cookies n cream ice cream with the cookie toppers, that is my fav that I get all the time! Our 1st time here was 2 weeks ago & not going to lie, was a little sad they didn't have pistachio. So I opted for rum raisin & thank goodness I felt adventurous cos the rum raisin is delish! We went back a 2nd time just now for more rum raisin & the menu promps to ask for more flavors. Turns out they had pistachio!! Not the world's best pistachio but wow, glad they gave in to adding pistachio on their long list of flavors. & yes rum raisin & pistachio go great together read more

It's hard to find ice cream where the last bite is just as enjoyable as the first bit. The German Chocolate Cake ice cream, was amongst some of the best ice cream that I have had in the states. No exaggerations- this place is worth driving out of your way off. read more

Very nice little ice cream shop. Very friendly and clean area to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Price is very reasonable for huge scoops. We had cinnamon crumb cake, salted caramel pretzel, and coconut almond large cup. One of the best coconut ice creams I've ever had, the cinnamon ice cream was such a great different flavor with crumb chunks, and the salted caramel was filled with pretzel pieces. Good ice cream. Which they were a little closer to us and in a little better location as trail side in Goshen is a little closer plus has the walking path and small playground right there. This one has a playground just 2 minutes walk up the road so we can play and have our ice cream. read more

We've been so sad since Mr. Cone closed down, but after trying this new spot we are happy again! The soft serve ice cream is so delicious (I recommend the chocolate), a small was $3.00 and you can turn it into a sundae by adding whipped cream and chocolate sauce for 75 cents more. They also have hard ice cream as well, but the soft serve is where it's at. I'd say the portions are a little smaller than Mr. Cone, but at least all the flavors are there. We wanted ice cream for dessert. Normally we would go to mr Cone. This was a new place so we would try. One word. Excellent! Well done good flavors. Good mouth feel and (the best part), the mint chip isn't green! (It should never be). Props for that. We had "coffee and tea" chai and mocha ice cream. The mocha was absolutely superb. Just a bit bitter and coffee flavored. The chai was good. We also got the dulce de leche and salted caramel pretzel. Also excellent. A great choice and friendly service. read more

We are doing a Northeast road trip over three weeks (I'm calling it 21 days of ice cream) and though we have failed to eat ice cream every day we've had 6 or 7 so far and this tied last place with Great Escape in Watkins Glenn. I guess if you live here your options are limited. But as a one off I wouldn't visit.

I first discovered it a few years ago after taking my nephew apple picking nearby, so I was excited to finally make my way back. The scenic drive alone is worth it. On this visit, they were serving customers inside only, but during peak summer days they also open the walk-up windows, which seems like a smart system for handling bigger crowds. Inside, the L-shaped counter setup helps keep the line moving efficiently even when there are multiple groups waiting. One thing I truly appreciated as someone with a gluten allergy was how clearly they labeled the gluten-free flavors on the menu. It made ordering stress-free and saved me from having to ask a million questions. Honestly, I wish every ice cream shop did this. Another huge bonus: they allow two flavors in a small size! I ordered the Great White Way and Calf Trax with rainbow sprinkles, and both flavors were absolutely delicious. After grabbing your ice cream, there are picnic tables outside overlooking breathtaking mountain views. It's the kind of place where you could easily sit for hours, relax, and just take in the scenery while enjoying your cone. I had never been here before, so I went in completely blind, but the second I got out of the car, I understood why people come here. First of all: parking on BOTH sides of the street. Say less. Nothing ruins a cute little ice cream trip faster than circling for parking while your will to live slowly leaves your body. Then there's the smell. The scent wafting through the air should honestly be studied because it had me floating toward the building like a cartoon character following a pie cooling on a windowsill. I'm not saying the aroma dragged me in against my will...but I'm also not *not* saying that. Inside, the shop is set up in an "L" shape, and they have the flavors posted both outside AND inside, which I deeply appreciated because nobody needs the chaos of 14 people trying to read one tiny menu while pretending they're ready to order. They let you sample flavors before committing, which is dangerous for someone like me because suddenly I become an ice cream sommelier. I ended up getting Bellvale Bog and Calf Trax and let me tell you: absolutely worth it. 10/10. No notes. And somehow it gets even better once you walk back outside because there are picnic tables with a view that is genuinely stunning. Like, annoyingly picturesque. The kind of view that makes you stop mid-bite and rethink your life choices. For a completely spontaneous stop, this ended up being one of the highlights of the day.
