I ordered one for my moms 65th birthday. My 70 year old day has pneumonia, my brother was away, and last minute we were unable to go so I really wanted to send my mom something. It's a big birthday for her (65) so I chose edible arrangements since I'd always liked them for something to cheer her up on her big 65! I called twice to get help from them to pick an arrangement and asked if they could add the numbers. I originally thought "WOW! What great service!". Then my cousin picks it up and it says "55". I was so upset I cried. I wanted my mom to feel special and it looked like a joke. I called hoping to fix it before my mom saw it and the 1st thing they said was: "Oh. Do you want $5 back for the numbers?" How about: I'm so sorry!", "Can we fix it?", "I'll make you another one!", "I'll re-do the numbers!", etc. Let's be real. This is dipped fruit that costs nothing from a grocery store. They are over $100 fruit baskets therefore the arrangement/look IS what customers pay for. You got it wrong. AT LEAST act apologetic. Clearly, once they get your money they DONT CARE what they throw together. For goodness sake, take pride in your business or charge grocery store prices if that's the quality you can give. read more

Delivery 0 - They do not guarantee any delivery time no matter what you enter in the remarks. It can be as vague as please deliver as early as possible because business is closed the next day and would like all employees to enjoy it. Terrible 'get well' gift. I received strawberries with chocolate, candies and nuts for dipping. The delivery package was smooshed. The strawberries were small and colorless. Ended up going to the hospital for two weeks with Covid, and the strawberries were moldy in the fridge when I got home. My daughter bought strawberries from my local Giant Eagle to replace the EDIBLE strawberries and they were RED and DOUBLE the size. Only $2.49 lb. read more

I order from multiple locations several times of year for my clients and have been very satisfied. This location has turned out to be a nightmare to say the least. I came down with the flu the day I was to pick up my order, tried to call multiple times to let them know but was unable to leave a voicemail. Someone FINALLY answered 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick it up and said the owner would have to call me back. 2 hours later the owner called. I told her I had the flu and would like to re-order it for the following week; the day I rescheduled my appointment with my client. She told me I could not cancel and first offered to deliver it. When she found out I lived over an hour away she told me I would have to come pick it up and "enjoy" it. REALLY??? I just told her I had the flu. I couldn't even get out of bed let alone drive over an hour to pick it up and "enjoy" it. We own a business and understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and we need to "bend" our rules to accommodate our customers. She was very rude and unprofessional, not willing to reschedule and charged my credit card the full amount. I also contacted the corporate office to file a formal complaint. The women who answered was very understanding; did not know why this women would treat a customer in this manner and advised a supervisor would call me back. To date, I have not heard back from the corporate office. This experience makes me hesitate to order from any of the Edible Arrangements in the future.
