An piece of advice for some is to order ahead of time if you can, like i ordered A box of strawberries like 2 weeks before the order process date. Usually is ready in a timely manner. only feedback i would give is allow something to be a co-gift- for instance, this order was for my dad's birthday/ and for mother's day. There was no option online other than leaving a note- that stated it was for the both of them- like i was thinking of maybe one side of the wrap saying happy birthday, and another happy mother's day. Now i was happy and used the Happy Birthday wrap, but just a food for thought. This review is actually for the driver that delivered my order-- part of it was that I thought i was going to be home that day, but ended up being busy. They tried delivering while i was at target, then out to eat with my parents to celebrate his birthday. My husband and I just received two Edible Arrangements within one week. They were absolutely fresh and delicious!! We will finish both of them before this week is over. We especially loved the white chocolate on the pineapples. The owner of the business was very professional and pleasant to work with. Im glad this location is super close to my house. I Went in today to surprise my friend who recently had surgery with some fresh fruits delivered to her home. Cindy who was very knowledgeable and super kind and friendly assisted me in picking out the perfect get well arrangements. I have to admit it was pretty pricey but all worth it considering all the fresh fruits hand cut and made, plus the dipped chocolates (that she kindly didn't charge me for) and also to be delivered on time. It was cold rainy sunday afternoon or should I say late morning? Well anyway.... headed to go see a friends mother, I thought what would be better than taking an edible arrangement with me (definitely score some points) I Step inside, it had to be around 2:pm. I was met with a large friendly smile, the young lady was very pleasant. I ordered the small get well bouquet being the salesperson she was she easily talked me into upgrading to chocolate covered strawberries. (This is where things go left.... She informed me it will be a couple of minutes to add the chocolate covered strawberries. I told her I'd be back... checked the sign on the door "close at 5pm" note to self, I have plenty of time. (Boy was I wrong) I forgot to mention I was coming from North Carolina... well moving forward she left early. I love Edible Arrangements and usually they look and taste great. However, the one I received today was neither. The shapes had been cut off - like squished petals on the pineapple "flowers.", the fruit was either underripe and very sour or overripe and mush. 9/29/2022 I had placed my order over the phone with Karen this morning. She was BEYOND super helpful and very patient with me as I didn't have my glasses and couldn't find what I wanted to order. I ordered chocolate strawberries and mini cheesecakes for my daughters birthday. She is a cadet at West Point and we were not allowed to be with her due to COVID. Unfortunately, my daughter was in class when the woman tried to deliver the order but that didn't stop her. In order to give my daughter time to finish class and get to the pick-up spot, she went ahead and did other deliveries and then came back. I truly appreciate her kindness and willingness to change her plans to make sure my daughter got her birthday delivery. And did I mention that this was during a snow storm!
