This place is never open. Lights on. Doors locked! I've came to this location here at least 5 times, and the door is locked during business hours. Last year when I was able to get in the service was horrible. I ordered 2 fruit trays I was told I couldn't customize even though I had done it before. It was like she didn't want to work. To begin, I wish there was a rating below 1 star! This review is directed toward the regional manager of the Oklahoma City stores, and not the stores themselves. I placed a $91 order on March 27th with the store on N.E. Expressway to be delivered on the 30th. Between the 28th and 30th, the store just shut down without any warning. My order was moved to the store in Midwest City, but they were unable to make the delivery for the destination was out of range. I talked to both managers of Midwest City between April 1st and the 9th. Both told me that my information was forwarded to the regional manager in Dallas, and he would issue my refund since they no longer had the authority to do so. It never happened! I even heard one of the store managers talking to him on the other line and he wanted me to give them my bank information over the phone. Ridiculous! My bank is now fighting this issue and the entire ordeal will be 3 weeks tomorrow. A national brand of this magnitude should be ashamed of its business practice in this region. I'm retired military and I will let the vast number of people I know across the country to avoid this business at all costs! Just disgraceful! read more

My best friend ordered an arrangement for me for mother's day as a surprise. My friend had accidentally given the wrong address and contacted the employee to straighten that out. The employee, Laura reached out to me to ask when would be the best time to bring it by. I said Friday or Saturday so she said she would bring it Sunday bc that was their slowest day. Then she asked my address and I gave it to her. Then she decided to tell me my friend gave her the wrong address. ‍ So tacky of her. Completely unnecessary to share that information with the recipient of a gift. But wait I'm not done yet bc I did not respond to her tacky comment, Laura decided not to deliver the goods on Sunday. When I asked for an explanation she ignored me. Tacky and rude. So I reached out to corporate on monday and the strawberries were delivered the following day. Now let me review the strawberries. Meh. Please, please find someone local who loves selling chocolate covered strawberries. Don't spend your money with this company. read more

By far the worst Edible Arrangements location I've ever worked with. Made an order a week prior to Valentine's Day, which is understandably busy. When getting towards the end of the day, I began to worry about the order as I had not received any updates on the status of the order (most stores usually let you know once the arrangement has been made and they're heading out the door), so I called the store... for 2 hours straight with no answer. Finally I drove out of town to let them know that the address will need to be changed since they didn't make it in time to the original address. Waited 20 minutes until finally someone came out to help and called while i was there to see why they didn't answer my various calls. They had the phone silenced, with literally only 2-3 lines at a time being taken up. After changing the address in person, they still did not deliver the day of Valentine's Day. So I gave them some grace and figured they would deliver the next day so I called to change the address back to original... and you guessed it, no answering the phone again. So then I expected that they would deliver it to the changed address instead. And no. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. They failed to provide the service I paid $170 for and I'm worried about getting my money back. The owner should be ashamed at what a poor business they "run". Never do business with this branch, they will disappoint you and never contact you to make things right. What a disgrace. read more

I ordered a dozen dipped strawberries. Don't waste your money on them. They looked like they were just thrown together and very sloppily done. At the cost of what they were I could get better at Sams for a fifth of the cost. Never again will I order from the MWC store or any of them for that matter. read more

Ordered the 2016 arrangement of the year for my wife's birthday and it turned out nice. I asked them to sub other fruit for the banana since my wife is allergic to them and it was not a problem at all. The arrangement was ready for pickup at the time I requested and the woman at the front counter was very polite. Fruit was fresh and tasty, an overall great experience. read more

I'm Putting the same here as I did when you do a Google Search. I called multiple times from 3pm until 5pm waited on hold for 45 mins when I finally got through, just to get hung up on, I ordered a Valentines Specific gift to a business office for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. She left at 5:15 after the place closes and it had not came to the office. Calling the business constantly I finally got through at 5:30 pm after waiting for 10 minutes to theme music. They won't cancel the order because they "deliver until 8pm" to a place that's closed after business hours. No call saying they'd be arriving later then five pm and will not re-route the order to a place she would receive it. They left a message at 8:30PM after delivery stops, saying they will attempt to deliver a Valentines Day gift the next day. I already had to go and get something else. I was told I'd have to cancel the payment through my bank because they will not refund the money, this place is a joke I've ordered from other edible arrangement stores and from different states and the end result was always good.
