Not realizing one of the vases was cracked and leaking damaging my furniture. I emailed them twice with no reoly , when I called and spoke with someone telling me the would givet my message to the manager. I never heard back from my emails or my call. We always ordered from them at my previous employer and never had an issue, maybe they have new owners. I would never order from them or recomend anyone to them. They were left at the door, I didn't catch the kid to give a tip, new I'm glad I didn't.
