Terrible quality. rude customer service. delivered 3 hours after i was given notice out for delivery! i spent 72.00 on garbage!!

Twelve days ago I gave a poor review on my experience with this establishment. I received a call from Amber, expressing remorse about my purchase. Today, 10/19/23 a fresh Beautifully arranged chocolate covered strawberries and grapes platter was given to me as a replacement for my daughter's birthday. So why not (5) stars one may wonder...it's those darn plastic lids...this time however, I was advised of the ill "fitting" container lid. Minor but could be disastrous! Wow, am I really the first person on here to give a positive review? Well here it goes. I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law and not only did it get delivered but I got an e-mail confirmation that it was being delivered during that exact time. Edible Arrangements, West Chester really saved me the hassle of driving to Cincinnati to deliver a fruit bouquet. Not that I didn't want to but I had other commitments today as well. Here comes the funny part, so they delivered the fruit bouquet to my parent's in law's place and my father-in-law tries to track the driver down to tip him! I was like it's ok, we already tipped him online you don't need to worry about that! I'm not sure if these other reviewers just experienced a bad day or something, but this location certainly made my mother-in-law's day. I wouldn't mind using them again! read more

Idiot delivery person obviously. I have a dog gate on my front porch which they could not figure out. No big deal there, but instead of setting the arrangement over the gate onto the porch they left it on the sidewalk in front of the porch next to a bunch of plants in ain view with a huge balloon sticking up the basically during the holidays says "hey come steal me." It is not like there was an invisible force field above the gate that the person could not have put it over the gate onto the porch. I didn't want the damn thing to begin with but I surely did not want to have to leave an engagement I was at because the delivery person has less IQ than what I left in the toilet this morning. read more

Please do not waste your money on this company. BIG RIP OFF! When I entered the store the girls were very rude, i understand they were busy because it was Mother's Day but dang if you don't like your job go work elsewhere! I ordered an arrangement for $47 for Mother's Day & when I got it home I found 3 chocolate covered strawberries & about $6 worth of unripe melon cut up very sloppy! Please make your own... if you cut up fruit into nice slices & add your own chocolate covered strawberries which would cost you $7 to make a full dozen you can create their $47 design for about $13 BIG RIP OFF! read more

I live in CA and wanted to surprise my daughter in OH with an edible arrangement for her birthday. When I called, I was told that they could not guarantee the exact time a delivery would be made, which I understood. Since my daughter's birthday was on a Friday, I was concerned that she may leave early to start the weekend and the person helping me said they could request the delivery by 2:00pm. That's was great! Today, I called to wish my daughter a happy birthday and she said she was really busy at work and had not gone out to lunch even though it was almost 1pm. Concerned that the arrangement would miss her, I called the company and was told that the driver was leaving that moment for the delivery. I said, "So about 15-20 minutes?" and she said yes. At this point, I decided to blow the surprise and ask my daughter to wait for it to show up. She said no problem. A half hour later, still no delivery, so I called back. I was told that the driver was pulling up to the location. I relayed that back to my daughter, but she said there wasn't anyone in front or nearby. At this point, another 15 minutes had gone by, so I called again, and this time got the manager Meghan. As Meghan answered the phone, my daughter texted that the driver was just pulling up. I always try to contact a company directly before writing a less than positive Yelp review thinking that a company would want feedback on their customer's experience. Most of the time, the information is received respectfully. Unfortunately, Meghan became immediately defensive saying: *They could not guarantee delivery times (acknowledged, and not disputed by me) *She got it by 2:00pm (true) *She is not aware of the area and maybe the driver got confused (She's not the driver so idk why it matters that she didn't know, and the building is a stand alone surrounding by vehicles emblazoned with the company name. Plus, GPS?) *She and her other employee were really busy I told Meghan that had I not called at 12:50pm and been told that it was just going to be 15-20 minutes, and then called again at 1:30pm to follow up and been told that the driver said he was pulling up, there would be no issue. I told her that I wasn't asking for anything, but that I wanted her to know what happened. I was bummed that I spent $70 for a platter of cookies and a balloon as a surprise, and not only wasn't it a surprise, but that my daughter and her coworker stood around waiting for 50 minutes for the delivery. My expectations about the delivery getting there at a certain time was based on what the employee told me on the two calls. If the employee would have just told me that there was no way to know when the delivery was going to get there before 2:00, instead of leading me to believe that it was initially only going to be 15-20 minutes, I would not be writing this review. I wish at that point she would have just acknowledged what happened and apologized, but instead I got a somewhat snarky well, "we'll try to be better next time." I hope so, but it won't be with an order from me. read more

It's a shame I can't give zero stars. When in the store at 1:00 PM to pick up an arrangement and they didn't have any premade other than those that are already sold. The clerk was clearly not willing to be helpful for her customers, when I asked if I could order an arrangement and pick it up in an hour or so she told me they're making no more arrangements today. If you want your business to grow you don't turn customers away when you're clearly you're sitting on your butt doing nothing. Perhaps the management needs to look at the situation in their store and find somebody who is more customer service friendly and willing to take care of customers when they walk through the door. I'll happily take my business to Beavercreek who is currently making me an arrangement. read more

I just purchased a box of dipped strawberries as a Christmas present for my friend. When she opened it, I expected it to look like the picture that was displayed. Instead, the tops of the strawberries were white and they were skimpily dipped. Also, there was no decoration (like striping) or anything on them. For $29.00, I expected soooo much more. Horrible customer service. I placed an order for a baby shower. I called to ask them to deliver before the party (by 1pm on a Saturday). They refused. Said it would be there by 4pm close time. Becky said only schools and businesses would get a time. What's the point of advertising for a baby shower and not scheduling a delivery? Quite rude with the "no sir" over and over. This Lovely arrangement was so full of Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Pineapple, Melon, Grapes etc.. Our family had so much fun eating all this Delicious Fruit for a few days. Don't bother with this location. Placed an order online for guaranteed delivery on Father's Day. At 3pm on Father's Day I called to find out if they were still going to try to get it out and they stated they definitely would. My dad never left the house and there were no door tags or anything left on the door. They simply did not deliver it and the supervisor I spoke to after was unapologetic. read more
