And I did actually call the store and was told that I had to work it out with headquarters. But for Mother's Day, I purchased what I thought was a lovely Mother's Day gift set but in truth was a mix matched mash of junk put together. The fruit was fine, but the flowers were ugly and brown. The bouquet had brown leaves, brown carnations, white roses and pale yellow chrysanthemums. The overall impression was that the flowers looked dead. I called the store and the manager explained that the bouquets come pre-made and tightly wrapped so that the staff can see very little of the whole bouquet. He sent me additional fruit to make up for the poor bouquet. And that fruit was wonderful. read more

AWFUL! If I could give 0 stars I would. Rich Tarascio delivered a surprise birthday package TWO weeks early and when he realized he messed up because he called my husband, he backed up in my driveway and took the package right out of my hand after I said I would call to get my money back for being upset about it being so early. He refused to give me the package back after I asked several times, even though it was paid for, so I refused to let him leave until he gave it back and he told me "I don't care, I get paid by the hour, I can sit here all day." To make matters worse, the manager or store owner Chris (a woman) called my husband after and proceeded to tell him that it was not the drivers fault at all, rather than starting with an apology for messing up the surprise order to begin with. She also said I was "out of hand." She was not even there for the incident. When my husband asked for corporates number she asked if we were going to complain, and then refused to give the number to us and told us to google it. I was going to let it go, but after the store owner decided to take the time to call my husband to tell him how it was not their fault, I decided to call corporate. AWFUL, awful people and customer service. Go anywhere but here! read more

I called this Edible Arrangement location from out of state the afternoon before a holiday to send a sympathy arrangement due to a death in the family. The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous, patient, and helpful. They promised to get the arrangement out the same day, even though it was already mid-afternoon. When there's a death in the family, you don't want to send an arrangement three days later. This Edible Arrangements location understood that -- and that's the kind of service that makes a difference and gets repeat customers. These arrangements are actually great alternative to cut flowers to send to someone's home for condolences. My family received one a few months ago, and it was thoughtful, practical, and attractive. At a time when everyone was too busy and upset to cook, the arrangement was a pretty centerpiece & a reasonably healthy snack option. read more

The Edible Arrangements website offered free delivery, which wasn't applied when I ordered. Following an email to the store and a Yelp review addressing the issues, the store assured me that I would get a refund of the delivery charge. The recipient of the arrangement absolutely loved it. It was a perfect 93rd birthday gift, and I appreciate both the great quality and the response to my complaint. read more
