April 10 my sister send flowers to me and my Mom and sister for Easter, when we sent each other pictures of our arrangements I was shocked to see how small my arrangement was compared to theirs. I called my sister to see if the price was the same for all, she said yes. I then contacted Broad Brook gardens and asked them why there was such a difference in the size of the arraignment, he said that I had 4 roses and bla bla bla never really giving a reason that my flowers where only about 1/2 the height and size of my mom and sister. My brother-in-law was going home from the hospital and I wanted to send flowers. I always buy local so I found Broad Brook Gardens online. I tried to order but I could not get a delivery date so I called. Bob was great. Because of the Covid19 closures things kept changing and he did not have a large stock of flowers. I told him the arrangement I would like and he said he would get it as close as possible. They were beautiful and lasted a long time. Bob also explained the precautions they take when delivering. I just wanted to say how disappointed I was in the delivery of flowers last week. I order flowers every Valentine's Day for my mom. I placed the order with Teleflora.com for Wednesday 2/14, but after finding out she wouldn't be home all day, I contacted Teleflora to change the delivery day to Thursday 2/15 to which two representatives confirmed the information was passed along and the date of delivery would be changed. Well it wasn't. The flowers were delivered on Wednesday 2/14 and what's worse than them sitting out all day was that there wasn't even anything over the flowers to protect it from the cold. The flowers could have been stolen or severely wilted due to the cold. To me, that is careless. It shows they do not care about the quality of flowers they deliver to their customers. I will be sure to never order from your company again. read more

I tried to send my sick granddaughter a flower arrangement. I was assured by FTD it would be delivered today. At 7:15 pm, I called FTD and was informed the florist was not able to deliver today maybe tomorrow they can deliver. I would strongly recommend not using FTD florists if you want something delivered in a timely manner. read more
