    I will start this with the caveat that I ordered this online. I am not sure how their logistics work, so the issue may not be with the local store. At any rate, I would not do business with https://www.ediblearrangements.com. I made a mothers day order and paid extra to get it their on Saturday. It showed up three days late, and as you can see from the picture, complete garbage. I called the CS number on the card, and it is a bogus number. I tried to get on my account and my password does not work. I tried resetting my password and not email comes through to accommodate that. It is a scam.

    I asked for chocolate covered strawberries over the phone, I told the staff this and they just said "sorry we didn't know" and there was no offer to try and fix the mistake, it became a very awkward moment, I had bought a box of chocolate covered strawberries and went out to my car and fixed the arrangement myself. The fresh Strawberries where not ripe and are as big as the grapes. On the plus side stick to the chocolate covered strawberries in a box they were yummy, I Hope your experience is better then mine.

    Super friendly service! This shop has the most amazing staff and beautiful arrangements. They had some different promotions that the girl at the front desk explained and helped me pick the perfect treat for my DR. They do in town delivery for $14.99 and have grab and go cups of fresh fruit and chocolate dipped strawberries. Would defiantly place future orders with this store.

    If I would of known the $70+ order I placed was going to come out like this, I would of saved the money & had my 3 year old nephew Apollo do the job instead! Story time! I placed an online order on April 23rd for my adopt a senior's intended graduation date, June 6th. It was a delivery for a choc fruit platter (first image). Then I had called back about a week later to make some changes because I was informed my graduate wasn't a fan of chocolate. At first, I wanted to change the order entirely but the woman on the phone assured me that they could recreate it without the chocolate, no problem. & they even refunded me for the choc price, I was thrilled! Then the second image was sent to me. Initially, I tried really hard to justify it. Maybe I was just being nit-picky? But then I asked a friend , because I know she use to work at a separate location. & to put it nicely, that would of never been put out for delivery where she had worked. Many people who have seen the image have suggested I be refunded. So I reached out to customer service & woman from the this location by the name of Alyssa called me. She asked me to send her an image of what was delivered, & after viewing the second image & hearing how upset I was with the presentation as a whole she argued. & here are some of the things that she said/my thoughts on them- 1. "I'm here everyday, & I see all the deliveries that go out" Ok, so you thought this was acceptable? Got it. 2. "I'm not understanding. Did she not like it? Did she eat it? Did she complain?" I'm sure she ate most of it, with the exception of the hard pineapple cores & poor quality strawberries. & no she didn't complain. Do you complain when someone gives you a gift? 3. "The photos online are photographed professionally & used for marketing. & It's a fairly new tray for us. We tried our best & we did it custom for you" Then don't try to make & sell them for profit! You are adults, & you should be producing quality work, not just "trying your best". I was fine changing the order entirely but I was assured it could be done without choc. I never asked for a custom order, you offered! 4. "Would you like us to try to remake it for her?" She already graduated, it was sent as a surprise. It's a little late, don't ya think? 5. "The numbers look like that because there is no chocolate on them" Nope, that's a lie! Maureen can also confirm that those were cut with the wrong tool & are definitely hard! I really hope you aren't covering cores with chocolate for people to bite into. Yuck 6. "I stand by the quality & freshness of our fruit. I just don't know what else I could do for you" After that I told her that if that's how she truly felt & there was nothing she could do for me, she should have no problem with me sharing this story & the photos.

    I received an Easter basket from my sister. Unfortunately I did not know it had been delivered. I didn't hear the door bell, I happened to be going out around 4pm and seen the arrangement near my door in the sun (glad it wasn't to HOT). I don't know how long it had been sitting, the chocolate was a little melted and there was a lot of condensation in the bag. I immediately brought it in, opened it and placed it in the fridge. My husband asked if they had called me and I said NO, they don't have my number. Well the tag had my cell number on it. I suppose because of COVID19 currently they are to leave it near the door, they could have called and said hey FYI. The arrangement is DELICIOUS regardless, some of the fruit seemed squishy is some places. I don't know if some of the fruit was over ripened or it's because of the time it was in the sun. Overall it's very good.
