It was great for us to build a rapport with one team who both picked up our whole house and delivered it to in Vegas. We had lots of vintage furniture and art, and we knew we needed some extra help to ensure that items were carefully wrapped, stacked, and packed onto the truck. They also purposefully left out an item that I previously broke and forgot to pack myself so that it did not get lost in the move. I love all of the work they are doing for their nonprofit and was happy to hear that my money will be going back into that. Scheduling was easy and Eric & John kept us informed on when truck would arrive. The crew of Johnny, Q, and Dommy (Dominick) were great! They listened to our concerns in moving many of her items and did what we asked to protect them during the move. Nothing was damaged and my MIL was happy with the crews attention to detail. Then I get told that they don't handle plants. I said "excuse me?" I explained to them that I was specifically told that my plants would get moved. So he made a call and begrudgingly told the other movers to pack my plants up. I told them to be careful, but they didn't listen. Killed three of my plants and I was visibly and audibly angry. So, I get a call from some op manager, stating that they normally don't move plants. I told him that if I would have been informed that, that I wouldn't have used them. He still acted like they were doing me a favor! Next. The movers didn't want to take my television off the wall, even though once again, I was told that they come with all the tools to take everything apart and put it back together. Another lie. Mover called whoever, and took the television down, however they didn't put it back up. Towards the end of the move, they just started throwing everything anywhere, including the plants that I told them to place on the counter. The next day, I found that they had broken my massage table. Today, I noticed that they broke a pole in my backpack from throwing it around. And tonight I noticed a whole plant stand that's missing, probably because they broke it. What's even more disturbing is the reaction from the corporate people in Texas. Completely rude and unprofessional. Told me that he'd send a form to file a claim, and maybe they would pay to fix or replace my massage table. I asked him how long would it take, and he replied that claims get filled in the order they receive them, so 30 days. I told him that they must be breaking lots of stuff, and he hung up on me. So, now I'm at the mercy of whoever insures these monkeys, or I'll be going to court to get reimbursed for damages. To top all of that off, my one bedroom apartment cost nearly 2k to move right across the street. I thought paying more meant I would have a stellar move, but this company has zero cares about personal property. Do yourself a huge favor and find another company to help with your move!! These people are THE WORST.
