I didn't feel rushed into describing what I wanted, even though it was just a trim, I felt like she really took her time getting to know me, my hair, and what I wanted. I'm so happy with my hair trim! I'm four months into growing out my buzz cut and she did an amazing job by reshaping and adding texture. I had zero experience with extensions, but the process was informative and painless due to her care and knowledge. Her install process ensured that it looked like my hair, but elevated! I came to her with the hope to go really light but maintain the integrity and health of my hair, and she's consistently done just that! I love that she really understands what I want while also educating me on how to keep my hair healthy, and therefore teaching me that going from natural thick, black Asian hair with trace evidence of red box color dye (a stylist's nightmare, ahhh I know, I'm sorry!) and previous balayage/coloring from other hairstylists is a PROCESS but Jen ensures that I'm always happy with the results. And on top of that, she's the sweetest, most accommodating, and talented person ever!
