My brother reached out to her regarding a bachelor party and a trip he was planning for his girlfriend. She was very dismissive and unresponsive to him. Told him in so many words that she had numerous people that she was sending off at the time and would get back with him. He emailed twice subsequently no response. So he planned a trip himself and myself and my spouse went. At the time the owner of this business was a social media friend so I knew she would assume we used another travel agent. Everybody was like noooo don't think that etc. so in attempts to rebook another personal vacation she now made up a fee $125 for her to look and if you book within 10 days you get your money applied if not or if prices not within your range you don't get your money back. In attempts to save her time priority for those ready to book ASAP as quoted by her. That was very shady seeing that I had to other people inquire the same week as I did and they did NOT receive this email. I never heard of a travel agent fee to look. She does NOT make you feel like a priority. She exudes a vibe of I'm busy. There is a good travel agent on every corner. You still have to make people a priority. And for the record we DID NOT use another travel agent he just booked through the resort after constantly being given the run around so I guess that made me guilt by association by going with him.

We did 4 nights in Turks and Caicos, 5 nights in the Bahamas and then another 4 nights in Jamaica. Let me start off by saying traveling during covid is no joke. There are requirements before entering every country and Visas and health forms you need to fill out. Phyllis made it so easy for my husband and I to know exactly what is required and when to start the process of applying for visas and when to take our required covid tests. She not only booked and organized the hotel and excursions but checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was running smoothly and to double check that we started the process to get to the next location. We did have some issues arise with one of our hotels and Phyllis was on top of the entire situation and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Phyllis, Nate and I wouldn't of had a honeymoon even close to what we had without you and for that I'm forever thankful!
