I called several mobile RV repair businesses and Rick was not only the most responsive, but he tried to problem solve the issue with me on the phone before he even came out. When that didn't work we scheduled a time for him to come to the house. I also chose Rick because he could get out to the house within a reasonable amount of time (I think it was 1-2 weeks). It felt like we had to do all the work for him and he wasn't trying to sell us anything. He showed us one single trailer that fit most closely to the description of what we thought we wanted. Being first time buyers we had a general idea but weren't really sure what all the options were. After showing us the one single option he said we could afford, he tried to rush us into financing and I had to pump the brakes due to my wife not loving the option. He had the audacity to ask if it was too expensive for us with an irritating little smirk. Anyway, we went right next door to Michael Hohl where we were immediately given tours of multiple trailer models. Having a good salesman made all the difference: we ended up buying something bigger, nicer, and almost twice the budget we walked in with due to their help in financing.
