I would like to thank Conrad and his legal team for helping us with a very difficult eviction. Each…read morestep was properly handled and we always felt that we were being heard. These kinds of cases are notoriously up and down - with each party needing to feel like it is a fair deal. It was quite detailed and Conrad made sure to stay one step ahead of things to ensure a timely removal - as there was a timeline of demolition to begin. Thank you. I will recommend this office to anyone in need of legal services.

His legal assistant setup a call after I followed up couple of times, and Mr. Kuyawa didn't even keep his appointment as evidenced by his own email as follows. His conduct is extremely disrespectful and he has no regard for client's time and he wasted my time, very upset and infuriated. "I understand we had a call scheduled for today at 4:00 p.m., and I apologize that I was not able to connect with you. After reviewing the information you provided, I have decided that I will not be able to represent you in this matter. My office has to be selective about the cases we take on, and unfortunately I am not in a position to move forward with this one. This decision is not a reflection on the merits of your concerns, and you may wish to consult with another attorney if you would like further evaluation of your claims. Because my office will not be involved in the matter, I recommend that you remain mindful of any applicable deadlines should you decide to pursue the issue elsewhere. I appreciate you reaching out and wish you the best moving forward."
