Individuals who struggle with learning often feel like they are "stupid", and go to school each day with high frustration and anxiety regarding academic tasks. This naturally affects social interactions with peers and sometimes with teachers. Sonya believes strongly that an educational evaluation can give individual learners important information about areas that are considered to be weaknesses, but more importantly areas of strength. First, the place is super clean, and they have a great curriculum in place. But what truly sets them apart is the staff/ teachers. They are warm, kind, and genuinely care about the kids. Unlike other centers where I felt rushed and my child was left crying, here, they took the time to understand my little one's needs. I never felt rushed. Getting to know the teachers is a big deal to me. One big plus, no kids crying during drop-off or pick-up! You can really tell it's a nurturing environment. Plus, it doesn't smell like dirty diapers, which is a nice perk! We're just finishing our second week, and I'm so glad I chose this center. It might be a bit out of my way, but it's the best decision I've made for my child. If you're looking for a CARING and CLEAN center, I highly recommend Eastern Child Development Center!

Had to pay an additional $30 at the MVD to take the test, on top of the price for the permit. Apparently they need "evidence that she has some idea of how to drive before giving her one." That is laaaaaaaaame. Other classes include the test, as the MVD staff said they generally upload the test results to the database. Not this one, apparently. So what was the point of this class if it doesn't include evidence of "some idea of how to drive" for a dang LEARNER'S permit?? To boot, my kid commented that a fair amount of time was spent by the instructor plugging his book. I could've taught my kid the basic rules of driving to prepare her for taking a test. I really don't know what I paid this company for.

The business operations of this organization is unacceptable. After you take their in-class…read moreportion, you will now embark on a frustrating journey to schedule your seven drive time lessons. The earliest one they will offer you will be at least a month away. Read that gain, yes, at least a month out. Since you can only schedule one appointment at a time, you will need at least seven months to get this over. This is completely unacceptable. You don't run a business like that. People paid for the class, and you need to provide your service in a timely manner. By the way, if you can't complete your seven driving lessons in a year, you will need to pay extra money for each lesson. That's right, they delay the scheduling so that you won't be able to complete your lessons, and you will end up paying more.
