I explained the issue and David paused and said "that's what credit cards do. That's how they work." I'm 60+ years old. Next step is to seek legal advice from an attorney. I will go to news and paper until BOA which is FDIC insured returns my money into account from fraudulent charges that is covered by Reg E! If you have money in a BOA account you have been warned that they don't care or protect your money!
