Dr Cone alleviate my worst pain within just a couple visits! He also doesn't try to keep a person in perpetual dysfunction to try to keep a client for years. I could have stopped seeing him within a month, he never pressured me or tried any scare tactics. For this reason, he gained a client for life! I still see him every 4-6 wks for maintenance, by CHOICE. I work at a desk job and, probably from poor posture, I develop tension constantly in my neck and shoulder, sometimes even my right hip will get sore/compressed. It's worth every penny with Dr. Cone, so I don't develop all that pain again. And he even showed me different stretches and exercises to do to help maintain myself... I've done a few sessions with Chris. But I can share with you all that after two sessions, I could already feel a huge difference. I came in with a glute so achy and tight that I couldn't bend easily anymore. Now, the glute pain is gone and I have regained my mobility! Acupuncture at Balance Wellness was a game changer for me. While some areas still need some work (I'm also simultaneously working with a PT to strengthen glutes, back and core muscles), 90-95% of the lower back pain I was experiencing is gone.
