Eduardo was initially very responsive and did good work installing netting around the solar panels. He later came out to install pigeon deterrent spikes at various places on the roof. Later I had a problem with birds setting up a nest in the roof eaves. I contacted Eduardo 3 times. Each time he said he was going to come out that day or the next and he never came. He didn't even contact me to say he was not coming! Good work but NOT reliable! If you're going to have problems with pigeons (and believe me, pigeons can be an ongoing problem), call someone else. Eduardo is a one man show. I want to make sure I call that out. He answered the phones and he does the work. This is not a big operation and we should support small businesses that perform well. He came out, gave me an estimate, and came back another day to do the work. He fixed a downspout, cleaned my panels, including all the leaves under it and installed the wire mesh, he also noticed birds nesting close by and he recommended to cover up an area under the eaves, which he did and looks good. He placed a fine mesh on top of the panel and chicken wire on the bottom. I have a large oak tree hovering over my roof. Goal is for fine mesh to stop leaves and branches from getting under while chicken wire allows any small debris to pass through. If you have communication issues, I'm assuming he's on a roof somewhere doing work but am sure he'll get back to you. read more

I would hear pigeons above my house which drove me insane. So I decided to buy an extension ladder to see if I could put deterrent on my roof and prevent them from settling my roof. I found a pigeon with several eggs nesting on one of the roof eaves. This freaks me out. Contact Edward for the following services: 1. Bird Control and Proofing (especially under Solar) 2. Solar Cleaning 3. Gutter Cleaning 4. Tall tree trimming - this gets close to the house. Fast response time (within minutes) and can start the next day. Edward came with another crew member around 9:30 AM and stayed until 6:30 PM to finish the job even on the hot day. They both worked extremely hard and his work was excellent. He found a couple of cracked tiles on my roof and then he fixed them too. Quick Review: Don't look any further for solar panel cleaning or pigeon poop removal/deterrent. Best deal!!! Long Review: I've thought I did my due diligence on finding a good solar company to install my solar, but they did a careless job. Not only did they installed a metal mesh that couldn't uphold the pigeon nesting, but they neglect the years of poop that would accumulate on my roof. I guess, solar is solar and everything else are accessories. But, the mesh guard is actually a necessity if you want to uphold your roof. Poop accumulation can lead to dams of water accumulating, which leads to a soften portion of the roof and water leaks. It happens....to us. So, we searched long and far on Yelp and came across multiple contractors. Not one gave us a good deal nor they want to provide any pigeon deterrent. Eduardo provided everything I've been searching for...solar cleaning, pigeon poop removal, roof cleaning, pigeon deterrents (spikes), and pigeon poop prevention (the metal mesh). Not only that, he gave us a porcelain Bald Eagle straight from Mexico that's a lot more solid than those generic owls you get at Home Depot. I honestly don't know if it does anything, but definitely gives the roof a nice look. What I really care about were the pigeon poop cleaning/prevention and solar cleaning/mesh. We needed help installing spikes on our roof because pigeons were landing there and pooping all over our driveway. I reached out to Edward and we were able to settle on a price (very affordable) quickly schedule a time for him to install the spikes we ordered from Home Depot. Edward installed the spikes all around the perimeter of our roof and reinforced the area around our solar panels. The spikes looks phenomenal! We haven't had any issues with pigeons landing on the roof. I really wish we had found Edward the first time we were looking to install spikes. We had had pigeons on our roof living underneath the solar panels for over a year. There was even a nest that homed multiple baby birds over this time.
