Old school little bowling spot. Closest bowling alley for where we were at the time. Mostly locals that seem to spend a lot of time bowling because they were pretty good! Prices for three games and shoes for two people was around $60. Shoes and balls are old, probably best to bring your own--if you can. They do have a snack bar and an arcade. Bathrooms are a little dingy. I will give them a bonus point for a PRAYER BOARD, you don't see that often. read more

Absolutely the worst place to take your kids or family. Bathrooms are disgusting. Lanes are broken half the time. If you bring your own bowling balls prepare to have them damaged. This was a place where the staff welcomed you and was where we started to get into bowling. We joined the league and been paid up. Now with new staff, there is an absolute unfriendly environment. Chasing all the regulars out. We will never come here again. Broken balls and a kick in the wallet. This place is far too ghetto to be charging what they charge. The wood was extra woody and had a great ball feel. Lanes were equally spaced and the appropriate length. Lighting was not too soft, but not too bright. Shoe selection was extraordinary, featuring the very exclusive "Rental" brand and everything was clean and delightful. I didn't have any dipping dots, but the kids said they were amazing. My score was a little low, but overall this majestic place delivers for family, fun and entertainment for all ages! Five stars! Can't wait to visit again! read more

Local bowling place. Had to stop in to see what's happening. 20 lanes family affair. Someone announcing bonuses on first bunch of lanes, must be a league. He is making jokes too. So I needed to fit in not bowling so I ordered a hot dog and soda. "What do you want on your hot dog" I was asked. Mustard I said. Well I got my hot dog with ketchup on it. Didn't want to hurt the lady's feelings. First time I ever had ketchup on a hot dog and you know what? The last time. Nice friendly family atmosphere. Go on over and bowl. read more

So the bowling alleys are fun, but the food was horrible- burnt cardboard like pizza and even the soda tasted off.

Horrible service from staff and the prices are outrageous. They were also running several pieces construction machinery right next to the grill. Food was mediocre but again, expensive for low quality grill food. Completely a let down. As for the comment on the review: This is not accurate. We were not advised of any work and we were strictly told that there are no refunds. We would have taken the refund and left early. The woman at the front desk is one of the worse customer service individuals I have ever met. The prices absolutely do not beat competitors. Not even close. I can conduct some market research if you prefer. We wouldn't mind the pricing if we were treated with the slightest decency. Several reviews have already noted this woman's behavior. I also disagree with the health code comment. There was either plenty of smoke or dust directly in front of the grill. Very strange place. We had coupons on our phone but couldn't access them easily because the scary counter lady wouldn't give us the password. She finally gave us a break on the price. Then she informed our small 9 year old that she couldn't use the bumpers. Halfway through our game she took my grandkid's ball because "You can't have a five and a six". It's bowling, you got pins, a lane, and a ball. The majority of facilities will give you bumpers if you request. But not here. They will chastise you for asking if you dare insist on bumpers. I asked the lady by the bar that must've over heard me ask the other woman at the check in counter and she immediately responded with "now what did she just tell you?! Either you're 8 and can have your bumpers or your way underaged to be drinking!" I honestly hope somebody comes in and does a complete flip on this place! Yulee could use an awesome bowling alley. One of the worst bowling alleys I've ever been to. Everything is in disrepair, the staff doesn't even care, and they can't even get the orders right. We've been there quite a few times since I moved here and many times our system has turned off in the middle of a game. They like to make announcements and use profane language with our children there as well. My kid lost money in one of the machines and they said it wasn't their responsibility. Right, cause it's not in your place of business. Not a family establishment for sure. To top it off, NO WIFI. Wtf kinda of bowling doesn't offer that!? read more

I called at 8:30 to see if I would be able to get a lane before driving 30 minutes, and the woman who answered told me they usually close at 9. When I mentioned the website says they close at 10, she dug in and said they close at 9. But at least she called me 'Honey' when she brushed me off. read more

The reason I am giving this two stars instead of one is because every other time I've been here, the customer service was pretty good. Last night when I brought some family, the guy working was extremely immature. He came off rude in the beginning, he only said a few words and was not helpful. I didn't think much about it until I came to the front to ask for another size shoe and he threw his hands up like I was attacking him and said "I got it!!" A few minutes after, we weren't sure how to start our game and he announced in the intercom that we were doing it wrong (in front of everyone!!) and said "you need to press *button*". We didn't hear, so I came and asked what he said. He said "You need to... you know what?? Never mind!!" Rude!! I don't think he was wearing a name tag, but this was on a Friday evening around 4:30pm. He did say "Have a good day" when we were leaving, but it surprised me how rude he was before then. read more

I came with my mom and my niece and nephew as a spring break outing and wish I could turn back time and go literally anywhere else. We have been bowling on leagues for years, this is one of the worst establishment that we have been to. The lanes out horrible, the bartender comes out with fowl language in front of children, the prices our outrageous, if you want to bowl anywhere I suggest Brunswick bowling alley, they are a great bowling center. read more

This place is absolutely horrible do not go here. I downloaded this app in the parking lot just to post this review because of how bad the service is. If this isn't a warning for a bad place to go then I don't know what is. If I could leave less stars I would. The staffs attitude was so horrible they turned us out the door before we could even ask a question. I could of asked about a birthday party or a later date but the staff was just sitting up front chatting about some elite bowling they told us we weren't able to come in before we even asked what we were there for. Normally I ignore all yelp or google reviews just to give a local business a chance... after this experience I will rely on views from here on. If you are looking for a bad experience this is the place, what a joke I see now why they have 2 stars and won't be open much longer. After reading the reviews of this and experiencing it my self, they can have there dirty run down shack of a bowling ally and food that could make you sick. I would never in my life eat some where that the employees don't care about the customers who's to say what they would do to the food.
