He's a super friendly guy too and even loves my nice big dogs. He is so professional that I was taken for a loop when I found out he was not the owner; He is a technician. I felt guilty the I didn't have cash on me for a tip but didn't realize he wasn't the owner. Next time (and there will be a next time!!) I will know better. read more

Tiger Dry helped my mother clean her carpets. Apparently her kitty stained under a guest bed. You pay extra , well worth the fee. Two weeks ago I had them come to my home. TigerDry was wonderful and SUPER professional! They were super communicative via email and phone, which is +100 stars for me. I received plenty of confirmations, texts etc. letting me know that I had been scheduled and when they were arriving etc. When they arrived at my house, they realized they had to do a pet processing first due to our messy dogs but instead of just telling me, they sat down and explained the benefits of the process. They could've just charged me the amount but they really wanted to prove instead of just tell. I really respected that and felt like they respected me as a customer. Super disappointed! Bought the groupon, $70 for 2 rooms. Got here and said the living room is too big, price went up to $99 for an extra 5 ft. Then he told us we need to do the spray for pet odor which was another $88. So price went from $70 to $187! Did not want to work with us, so we passed on the service. He did not care and just left, which to me is poor customer service. Will not be recommending the company to a single person. read more

I found a Groupon for carpet cleaning and I thought it was worth giving it a shot. I called to schedule my service. The guy I spoke to was very straight forward with the upcharges I would probably be looking at. Not a problem. Still much cheaper than other more well-known companies. The guys showed up later than I expected, but they did call ahead and keep me updated on their ETA, so I wasn't stuck waiting around all day. The services were explained and done quickly. They guys were very polite. I would definitely use them again and will Recommend them. My house smells great and looks fantastic! read more

Tiger Dry did an excellent job on my carpet. They removed all the coffee stains and apple juice stains. The coffee stains I had in the livingroom were deeply embedded and he took an extra 15 min just to remove the stains and didn't even charge me for the extra cleaner that he used on the spot. It took much longer for the carpet to dry than we expected. We had two rooms (bedroom and living room) cleaned. The technician arrived at 9am and was done by 10am, but areas of the carpet were still quite damp when we went to bed that night at 10pm. This is our only complaint and perhaps our expectation on how quick the carpet would dry were incorrect. We thought the carpets would be dry after a few hours (I believe the technician told us three hours). We had the heat and ceiling fans on, but it still took 12 plus hours for the carpet to completely dry. The carpets are clean, the technician was very professional, on time, and courteous. Via text TigerDry kept us informed via text on who would arrive, when they were on their way, and provided notice on when the job was complete. read more

Very disappointed in this service!! I purchased a 5 bedroom, and a hallway cleaning. Called prior and talked to office manager and told them i had 2 bedrooms and a family room with berber..... she said no problem, she would waive the usual berber fee because i only had 2 bedrooms. when the technician arrived, he immediately began throwing out up charges......." I am going to have to charge you more for your hallway because it is two hallways"...... no it is one hallway. Then he went into the berber up charge..... Finally i told him to just clean 4 bedrooms and he refused and told me to get a refund.....only wanted to do a job where he could add up charges.. I told him that i didn't want a refund, I wanted my carpets cleaned. I told him that I don't have time to go through the refund process... he left..... All my furniture had been moved for the clean, my dog was taken away, and my mother in law with dementia had been moved to accommodate the cleaners. read more
