Our house siding was 12 years old and needed cleaning bad. Neglect, dirt, moss, smoke had accumulated over the years. I found Edward and I am so glad I did. His price was fair. He was eager. He arrived on time. Not only did he do the job we agreed on he really went the extra mile. The house siding, the deck, the concrete foundation, doors, windows, window screens, an exterior wooden stairway and more all look great. Glass, vinyl, concrete, wood surfaces. I am pleased and amazed. I plan on taking my cars to Edward in the future and of course in a year or two the house. read more

Scheduled this a week in advance; had everything all set up and ready for him. He called 15min after he was supposed to be here to say he was too busy and had to reschedule. So unprofessional. When we booked this I told him how I was going away next week and needed this done and he said absolutely no problem. Ed detailed the interior of my car yesterday. Honestly, the car was a pit when I dropped it off. I could not have been more please when I picked it up. The upholstery looked brand new as did the rest of the interior. All that and a great price! read more

I called Edward in mid April and scheduled him to come to my office Friday May 15th and Tuesday May 19th to detail at least (4) cars/trucks. Those were the first available appointments he had which I understood as it was now nice out and I would have guessed that everyone was calling to have their car details now that the snow is gone. I talked with him last Wednesday May 13th to confirm we were still on the scheduled which Edward confirmed. He didn't show up Friday nor did he answer any calls or return any voicemails. I also called him yesterday (5/18/15) to see what happened Friday and confirm for today (5/19/15) twice and he again did not answer or return any calls. I am very disappointed, especially since we have been waiting at least a month already. read more

Edward did an amazing job detailing the inside and outside of my 2014 Ford Edge. It had not been cleaned in 2 years and it looks brand new now. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the service in the area. I didn't have water and electric hookups so he picked up my car and dropped it off at my work about 5 hours later. I called Edward's Mobile Car Cleaning Service and Edward was very kind and accommodating! He did an amazing job on the exterior and interior! It looked like a new vehicle when he was done! I had been trying to find a time to get my car detailed but most places require you to leave it for a full day to get it done. I figured I'd check out a mobile service and I'm thrilled to have found Ed's business. My car hasn't looked so clean since the day I bought it (it was embarrassingly dirty with my three kids it in all the time plus the winter dirt and grime). $100 was a completely fair price for my SUV. He spent a good 3 hours on it. read more

We have used Edwards in the past and been pleased with his work, so I was expecting the same when I scheduled a detail on my mini-van this time around. I made my appointment about two weeks out and arranged my schedule around him coming on a Tuesday morning. On Monday night he called and requested we switch to the afternoon because he missed another appointment that day and needed to reschedule theirs. I stated I couldn't do afternoon because I have three kids that have drop off and pick ups all over town in the afternoon and my carpets wouldn't be dry. Then he requested we switch to Wed and I stated I had to work in the office on Wed and wasn't able to change days. I wasn't trying to be difficult, I just have a complicated schedule and specifically worked around that Tuesday morning slot. He seemed annoyed I wasn't able to switch but confirmed he would arrive at our scheduled time. He was prompt in arriving and I had just finished up cleaning out everything from my car. It needed a vacuum - but I thought that was a part of what I was paying for, When I opened my van doors he seemed visibly annoyed and complained how much extra work this was going to be and raised his price by $30. I was a little taken a back because honestlly the car did need a vaccum job badly, but there is a right and a wrong way to do things. My opinion is that my mini-van is no different than most other mini-vans and this was about something more than just a few goldfish crumbs on the ground in the back seat. He has cleaned my van before and we did not have any issues. However If he felt the car needed more work than a normal mini-van, even if he thought it was the worst mini-van he'd ever seen, he could have expressed that in a kind and professional manner.My guess is he was trying to rush through my car so he could squeeze in both jobs in the morning, or get me to cancel so he could make the other call. I said I didn't think it was fair to raise the price thirty dollars on the spot, we talked on the phone twice he could have mentioned the car should be vacuumed before I pay $100 for a detail and he basically said forget it and peeled out of my driveway. I was nothing but nice, and don't understand how a business owner can be so unprofessional. I have NEVER in my life written a negative review about anything and I've had some bad pretty bad service. I wouldn't even give him one star. I scheduled my appointment with him for a Tuesday at 4pm and he never showed up. At 5pm I called him and he didn't answer. When he did call back he said he forgot. We rescheduled for the next day at 1pm, he was 30 minutes late. He also tried charging me more than he quoted me, which was $80. I disagreed because he didn't show the day before and he was late to this appointment. We settled at $85. He did work for 2.5 hours and it was a warm day. I felt bad and wrote a check for $100, boy am I regretting that! Not only was he not appreciative of the extra money, but he didn't clean everything. There was still dog hair on the seat And not all the compartments were clean. Most importantly, this man was rude and grumpy from the moment he arrived. I will never use his service again.....don't both wasting your money!! UPDATE: After letting car air for days my husband when inside to get it ready to look at and we discovered puddles of water all in my trunk and under the carpets. Worst service ever, this guy has no idea what he is doing and we will be filing a complaint. read more

Had an appointment scheduled for last Friday, May 1st at 1:00 PM - At 3:30 PM I called to get an estimated time of arrival and got voice mail. Three days later, Monday, May 4th I still have not heard back from Ed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, not the way to do business. read more

I've never submitted an online review before, but I feel compelled to write one based on my poor experience with this company. I spoke to Ed on Monday and he offered me a Tuesday evening appointment (5:30pm) which wasn't ideal, but I cancelled my kids activities for that time frame and made it work. Not only did he not show up, but he failed to call, and failed to respond to my VM message left 2 hours after the appointment time. That's just plain UNPROFESSIONAL!!! read more
